I was passing through the area on my way home to northern Wisconsin when my check engine light came on and the engine started vibrating, loudly. Since it was a Sunday we just got a room and I decided that, since I don't know any of the shops that I'll go to the dealership that sells vans like mine. & am Monday morning I checked in at Wilde and they took me right in. Monday afternoon I called service and spoke to a gentleman named Austin who told me that he would speak to the tech the following morning and then call me with the information. That's exactly what he did. Told me the diagnosis, the cost (which was actually lower than I thought), and said he would keep me updated which he did. About 3pm on Tuesday he called and said my van was ready but since they didn't have a driver they were sending me a Lyft. So I got my van back, I'll be on the road in the morning and they sent me a Lyft. So I thought I would return a favor by giving a good report. All I've ever heard is stay away from the dealerships, they're dishonest and never do what they say but, in this case that is simply not true. If this dude, Austin, isn't a manager he should be. I'm passing through, never been to Wilde except for this visit and they treated me like a valued customer. If I have to break down again I'm hoping it's in this neighborhood.

It's been a year since I had my 2022 Jeep Compass. I've been completely satisfied with the performance and service provided at Ewald Auto. They keep me abreast of all recalls and maintenance issues that need attention. It's always a pleasure to be in their new improved waiting room that provides a welcoming effect of coffee and a nice movie. The salesperson, Lonnie Peterson, who sold me the card had excellent taste in putting together a jeep that not only looks good inside and out, but attracts the eye of many on comers who ask, "where did you did that car from?" Lonnie is the bomb! He's informative, friendly, and goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely happy with the car you select. The apple always falls back to the root of Ewald Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram for their quality and expert salesperson. Thanks again for all your help and support!

Fast-accurate-professional My wife brought car in and they had one axle and ordered the other. Serviced called and my wife took car in and was finished in a short period of time, Great company to do business with. I have purchased 3 vehicles at Little Chicago and one from downtown in Wausau. I recommend people to go to Little Chicago if someone is looking for a vehicle.

The Service Desk was prompt in scheduling and getting the vehicle in. The vehicle was throughly inspected, and the results thoroughly explained by the Service Desk advisor, whose name I do not have. There was a slight lag in the amount of time taken to do the work, however winter conditions being what they were at the time probably accounted for it.

Colby Chrysler Center and their team are Saints! I stopped at Cobly Chrysler Center last week on my 250-mile journey back home to Minnesota with an electric vehicle i purchased that day. I called in earlier that day looking to see if they had an electric vehicle charger that would be compatible with my car. A man named Tim went above and beyond to be able to help me not only find the charger that was compatible with my car, but he also went out of his way to try to get me an adapter on his own time to get me safely home. Well, I was stranded over 60 miles away until the battery charged, Tim took his time to coordinate the charger getting to the dealership by the time I arrived at closing. To say I was impressed with customer service and how much he cared is an understatement! After barely making it to the dealership with all the heating in the car turned off to extend the range to make it, I arrived chill to the bone. The whole team was waiting for me and expressed extreme concern and care as they saw I was getting hypothermia with the cold and freezing. They welcomed me in, gave me an extra jacket and hot chocolate to warm up, well they went out and started charging my car. Their hospitality didn't stop there, they offered to stay or drive me into town to wait for my car to charge. At this point, Carter Grewe, offered to help tow my car, after hours and on his own time, to where I needed to go.... I was stunned. The level of kindness and generosity of their team is second to NONE! Carter loaded the car up into the flatbed truck, and we headed towards the nearest town. On the way over, he said, "You know what, we might as well get you all the way home so you're safe and warm and out of the snow." Carter ended up driving over three hours all the way from Colby, WI to southern Minnesota to drop me off at my home. The roads were really bad, but he was able to get us there safely and without any trouble with the numerous of accidents on the freeway. To say Carter and the team over at Colby Chrysler center are genuine and honest people, cannot begin to describe them. They are without a doubt the kindest and most caring people that I have met in the car industry, and they want to make sure regardless of if you buy a car there, that you are well taken care of and safe. I can genuinely say that I don't know if I would have made it back to Minnesota without the help of Carter and his team. Next time they're in Minnesota, they all have a round on me!

Took my jeep in for a new warrantied Windshield which was included with the purchase of the vehicle. They made me research it and provide the warrant. Then it had a bunch of goop all around the window frame. They never cleaned it up. Lastly made appt. 2-3 weeks ahead of time for recall item. Take the jeep in and am told yup it needs to be replaced but they don’t have the part. They had 2-3 weeks to make sure the part was in stock.
