Sales and service both go above and beyond my expectations. We bought an (almost new) Grand Cherokee about six months ago and love our vehicle. I recently had a flat tire that was not repairable; the service department picked my vehicle up, put new tires on, and provided me with a clean and comfortable loaner car while I waited. No one likes to be put out by a flat, but Les Macks Chevy made this a painless experience. I was even pleasantly surprised by my bill. I can not say enough good about the wonderful staff at Les Macks.

Josh in service is Excellent and looks out for his customers. All work we have ever had done at Brennegan W.S. was prompt, satisfactory and we have never had a problem with any of their work. What more can you ask for? It is a pleasure to take our vehicles to them. Even without an appointment we have stopped and were taken in within a reasonable time. Comfortable waiting room and coffee and snacks available no extra cost. We live over 50 miles from West Salem but take our vehicles to them for oil changes and service. We also use our local dealer as both do satisfactory work-go to the one most convenient at the time, as wife doctors at Mayo and it is on the way.
