Just purchased a new 2025 Kia Telluride from Russ Darrow in Waukesha WI. Marcus Kain the salesman was awesome to work with very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly, Other questions I had Gil the sales manager also helped me out. It has been 25 years or more since I purchased a new vehicle. Things have changed a lot when making a new purchase but it all worked out. Nate in finance did an excellent job he also explained things well with the loan paperwork, and vehicle title. Whitney, the check in person was so incredibly helpful and kind. The work on our GMC was completed quickly and professionally. Whitney guided the entire process keeping my wife and I informed along the way. As senior citizens, we especially appreciated being treated as valued customers and this seemed to be one of the outstanding things about Northland Chevrolet.

i asked for a tire rotation and an oil change . they did not reset the dish to 100% currently my back tires are reading on the dash as my front tires . when i went back MARCEL was kind enough to reset the oil percentage to 100% I did not find out about tires being reversed until went to add air to my tires . i am not very happy.

Very courteous people. Work done in a timely and professional manner. Oil life indicator said 100%, instead of 97 or 98% which happens at other places.

This was the second time with the same problems, Mainly squeaking noises in the back right side. Best time I paid 500 to get a new coil I think. It started squeaking again almost immediately while I was down on vacation. This time they had it a week and found out it was the knuckle. I’ve had it back a week with no new issues. so far so good and I hope it stays this Way. They fixed the knuckle for free and I didn’t have to pay for the loaner car, which is good. I’m just hoping I don’t have a squeak anymore.

Wrote a review on August 9th and put Jason's name on it. We talked and it was not Jason's fault, another service person was not working well with me. I did talk to Jason, we ended up missing a moto center hub after the work was done and Jason was very easy to work with, he told me to order one and they will pay for it. In the past I have had good service and bought my last 3 vehicles from them. I would try them again after talking to Jason. Mike
