Service advisor Corey is outstanding along with the Zimbrick team. Not only did he get me an emergency appointment but also under estimated wait time. And to top it off, under budget. I would have paid the full amount but Corey said it took less time than BMW average. Talk about honesty on top of great service. I would give 10 stars. Thanks Zimbrick and your staff.

Disappointed brought my BMW in twice technician only guessed at problem first time spent $1600 for ecu, mailed to me,I paid another $200 to have it towed in then another $600 to have that programed. Still didn't run correctly so I relayed another engine diagnosis relating to 2nd air injection error (ignored) so another $1600 for technicians best guess. Hasitation Problem persists now they'll need another $500. To actually diagnose problem, then god knows how much that will cost. Anyone know a good BMW mechanic? It's nice I received a loaner spending over $3000.00 for nothing but really guys how about computer analysis from the start ( 2nd air injection module maybe) throw it on a engine analyzer it may help you to stop guessing all the time So I'm looking for a good mechanic in NE WIsconsin

Very weak warrenty. Looks better on tv than what the dealer owners actually stand by. Inconsistent mechanic inspections and or shady work. Have not had any positive experience at all after the initial purchase of our vehicle. Since they dont stand by the warrenty why would i ever want to go back if they couldn't fix the problems the first time. However there are several other repair shops or car dealers in the town of Hayward that do put the customer first. That my personal opinion. I Don't forsee this dealer being around with a good reputation for much longer. Im giving a negative response based on several negative experiences. I hope this helps you .

Every single time I have interacted with International Autos in West Allis it has been a bad experience. I’ve had BMWs since 2006. I’ve attempted to buy my 2023 from these folks and it was terrible, I also attempted in 2022 and it was terrible. Both cars I ended up getting at Umansky. Much better experience. I’ve used them for service and while the guys are nice, the work is substandard. Do not recommend. I kept going back because they are close to my house and i figured it was just the person I’ve talked to each time and it’s BMW - how could it be bad. But, I’ve finally come to the conclusion that this location just really isn’t a great brand representative for them.

I had some major car problems and they were able to get it fixed and for a reasonable amount. Jerry and Rob were able to work around my schedule and get me in right away. Jerry even dropped me off at my office so I didn't have to call for a cab. I only use them now for service and bought my last car from them too.

I had an urgent issue with my car. My power steering went to xxxx the day before I had to drive to the cities with my daughter. I called and Joel took care of me. Got me in same day and on my way in time for her flight. While there they were great with my daughter. She wants to go see them all again. I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V EX last January, through a salesperson named Cliff Roberts. He ended up being a perfect salesperson for me. I purchased my vehicle in less than 4 hours. The paperwork was the easiest of any of the 12 new cars I've bought. My Honda handles fantastic on the road and is a blast to drive, though the in a perfect world it would have a little more zip 0-70. Merging is still straight forward though. The body work on the car is also excellent. Being an ex-autobody technician I can attest to that. The interior is outstanding and excels in almost every area.
