Never again. Never take my car to this dealership. It took me for awhile to write this review. Usually dont give negative comment online but I felt like this is the time to raise my voice. Because kept ignoring is really bad feels. and however I tried to call them didnt get back any answer back. Anyways , When they flushed my transmission I got problem. And I tried to call them but no one returned my calls. I have 3 Benz. And I know how to take care of my cars need. its easy to blame customer as a customers fault. but it was not. I drive everyday same style same route sometimes more than get enjoy with my all Benz. But lately my daily driver 2012 C300 4Matic is non-working condition. Because of Bergstrom Mercedes-Benz (Enterprise Motorcars). They offered me transmission flush and I said maybe next service. And I did my own research and then I called them to ask my questions. my question was if I change fluid on transmission is there any problem ? Because my car is ~110k and service records doesn't shown any transmission service done. And I was nervous I didn't have any problem or concern about my transmission and their answer was it will be more smooth and reliable shift. Yeah first couple days it was but nothing difference before flush. Same shifts same smoothness. Until one morning when I driving it starts slipping shaking acting weird and i was thinking first it can be coil pack or something. but when I got really really bad burnt smell that was the point. I took shop in Fond du lac and next day they called me and gave me bad news. Transmission needs to be replaced and I since that day I tried to call them to ask is there any responsible to take it or just they did something kinda money trap but didnt get back any calls or answers. Im writing this because Im sooo pissed I paid whatever they recommended job but at the end they made money I lost my car. And now waiting for transmission from local shop. Since my transmission blown nobody take any responsible or offered me something nice. Im not looking for anything because I lost my trust to them no matter what and I will keep telling everyone my bad experiences with them. And I wouldn't recommend to take service from them. Once you paid your invoices you are done no matter what. Seems like they just wants your money without giving you reliable , trustworthy and good service. I wouldn't tell people how to run business but I would tell people "Please don't run your business like Bergstrom Mercedes-Benz (Enterprise Motorcars) Service department. If you doomg something, please take your responsibilities. Don't live customers hanging behind you " Thank you for reading this. I hope you guys will thinking twice when you go there.
