Dustin Martin is the rudest and the most unprofessional man. I called about a truck I really wanted. worked out a deal and set everything up with my own bank. They were going to deliver 5 hrs to me. When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if you're so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didn't go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right.

Loyalty doesn't pay - leftstranded

Have had my cars serviced here for many years. One repair had to be re-diagnosed 3 times but mistakes happen and I kept coming back for upkeep such as oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc.. Today my car died. I called for assistance and was told "we're busy, can't fit you in until next week"......so much for the loyalty. I won't be coming back.

My Wife and I were driving through Charleston in our 2005 ford F-150 pickup truck when it starting making noise in the front end. Truck was towed into Turnpike ford. Talked to Mike Hicks and he said was booked up most of the week, but would take a look at it in morning to see if he could do something to get me back to Ohio. Checked with him the following morning and he informed me that his technician said that wasn't as bad as I thought and could fix it. They worked on it and we were back on road next day. I never got to meet tech but want to thank him for a job well done and being honest with stating what was wrong with it. I want to thank Mike for understanding situation and getting us done and on the road in spite of their busy schedule. I have told people in my area about them and highly recommend them if ever need help and in that area. Thank you MIke and the person who worked on it

Bought a new 2013 Ford Focus from Beford Ford of South Point, long story short started hearing and feeling a considerable vibration in the front end of the vehicle. Took it to Beford for them to look at it, and was told there's nothing wrong with it. So finally last week took it to Turnpike, and found out that I have major cupping on the front tires, and would need at minimum 2 tires and an alignment on the vehicle. This after I was led to believe by another dealer there's nothing wrong with my vehicle. Filed a complaint with Ford because I felt the vehicle had been misdiagnosed because clearly this issue is what I was complaining about. Was told by Denise that I would be hearing back from them before the day was out. That never happened, I had to call back the following day, sit on hold for 5 mins, only to have a ride gentleman tell me that they and Ford could do nothing for me... First Ford bought, and it will be the last... Ford and their dealerships are as crooked as the day is long. Granted, turnpike did not misdiagnose my car, but they also were unwilling to help clean up another of their owns mistake. Horrible company, equally as bad dealership Turnpike and Glockner now as well.
