I am completely satisfied with the service done on my car. I wanted a dealer to service my car. 2016 Fusion SE. I purchased the car in January 2025. It is a program car. I am the 5th owner. Only 94000 on it. Purchased at Drive Time in Salem, VA. I was a bit leery buying the car. I did my research on it and thought let's go for it. With this service, I now know what I have and what it is going to need in the next year. Inspected everything and replaced 2 hoses that were recalled.

We're from PA and we were traveling on I-79 S through West Virginia on Wed. Sept. 4th, 2024. We were on our way to our log cabin vacation home in KY. Our Ford F-150 began having engine issues and kept shutting off while on the interstate. We were right near the Jane Lew exit when this began. We managed to get off the exit and head back north on I-79 and drove slowly to Chenoweth Ford while the engine issues continued. Luckily we were able to finally make it to the dealership. Everyone there at the automotive repair was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SO kind!! They diagnosed the issue quickly, luckily had the part in stock and had us repaired and back on the road again in under 2 hours!! We we were so surprised at how quickly they did the repair, so very thankful and couldn't have been MORE PLEASED with their excellent service! What could have been a real disaster- possibly having to spend a night or two in a hotel room, needing a rental car, waiting for part/s, spending a lot more money and wasting time- ended up being not so bad after all because of Chenoweth Ford! My Edge broke down due to a bad belt Paul had it wreckered in to the service Dept and Aaron and the service team had me back on the road in less than an hour. The atmosphere is friendly and animal friendly (2 dogs) everyone including the business office and sales team were are great as well thank you for making a unfortunate situation bright.

I moved here from Florida 2 years ago and choose Allietta ford as my dealership as I own 2 Ford vehicles a 2016 Ford F-150 and a 2016 Exployer and I am glad I chose them as they have been fantastic taking care of my vehicles and informing me if there was a problem with one of them. The personnel working there are great and very polite and if they see me out somewhere they speak to me and a lot of them call me by name, so it does make me feel good and I certainly appreciate being known by my name rather than just a hello.

My Mike you certainly have a big fan base, mainly of mad people! Rated worst dealership in America!!! You don't want ripped off, scammed and your motor blown up, don't come here! Destroyed my engine when they were only told to fix a electricical issue and then denied they did anything!!! Goes in running perfect, comes out barely running, smoking, no power, and not starting! Don't take it there! Had to collect my truck with police assistance after 3 months in pieces by wrecker! already 13,000+ in debt to me Mike (that's how much damage Mike has already done to my truck) but Mike had the entire option to just turn this matter to his insurance, so people make mistakes? But nope! Mike has to save face and deny it all. Can't do wrong right Mike? But seems many others think you can?

My daughter's car broke down in WV on a Friday afternoon driving from SW Florida to home in NY with no luck in finding any shops open until the following Monday. The car was towed to Greenbrier Beckley and on Sat, our guardian angels came through. One of the techs happened to stop in and Shirley asked him for a really big favor and within 3 hours, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and got her on the road again heading home! Thank you does not begin to express how grateful I am for these 2 people who helped my daughter. I am one happy and extremely grateful Momma ❤️ Bless you both
