We're from PA and we were traveling on I-79 S through West Virginia on Wed. Sept. 4th, 2024. We were on our way to our log cabin vacation home in KY. Our Ford F-150 began having engine issues and kept shutting off while on the interstate. We were right near the Jane Lew exit when this began. We managed to get off the exit and head back north on I-79 and drove slowly to Chenoweth Ford while the engine issues continued. Luckily we were able to finally make it to the dealership. Everyone there at the automotive repair was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SO kind!! They diagnosed the issue quickly, luckily had the part in stock and had us repaired and back on the road again in under 2 hours!! We we were so surprised at how quickly they did the repair, so very thankful and couldn't have been MORE PLEASED with their excellent service! What could have been a real disaster- possibly having to spend a night or two in a hotel room, needing a rental car, waiting for part/s, spending a lot more money and wasting time- ended up being not so bad after all because of Chenoweth Ford! I moved here from Florida 2 years ago and choose Allietta ford as my dealership as I own 2 Ford vehicles a 2016 Ford F-150 and a 2016 Exployer and I am glad I chose them as they have been fantastic taking care of my vehicles and informing me if there was a problem with one of them. The personnel working there are great and very polite and if they see me out somewhere they speak to me and a lot of them call me by name, so it does make me feel good and I certainly appreciate being known by my name rather than just a hello.

Service department has really went down hill. They will have your vehicle for 3 plus weeks, only to put parts on that were not authorized. They do not call with updates. You have to call the sales department to get anyone to get the service department to answer. Zero communication. Then they tell you something different each time you talk to someone. Then talk about how great their mechanics are (was told he is the best diesel mechanic in the state), however, your husband has to fix the issue, in their parking lot after hours. Because a sensor was not making the correct contact needed to build oil pressure. They threaten to call the police, when you tell them too and that you will wait, they say they aren’t going too and refuse to give you the keys. I don’t know how they continue to have anyone going there for service/warranty repairs. The men talk down to women like they know nothing. When I have more knowledge than Doug, who used to be the sales guy there. They put miscellaneous charges on your bill and just say “it just charges for the mechanic”. Apparently, they have lost touch with customer service. When you ask to speak to the owner, you are told He is never in and are reduced to dealing with Doug Boggs… who thinks he can intimidate you buy making threats of calling the police and standing over you, since you are a female. They are the highest priced for parts and service in the area and lack the knowledge, communication and tactfulness needed to rate themselves top tier for customer service and repairs. Please think of taking your vehicles to small business shops, who actually will listen and care about the quality of their customer service and reputation.

Service Dept is a joke. Told the guy on the phone what we believe to be wrong with the car. They said $100 to run a diagnostic test. Ran it, told me nothing, charged $100 & told to come back to check electrical wires costing $300 for 3 hours of labor. We believe the problem is a relay in the smart junction box. They could not confirm this. Issue started out driver side turn signal staying on even when car is off. It ended up draining battery & had to put in a new one. It's ridiculous this business is unable to confirm an issue. Nothing should be paid until problem is fixed correctly. Difficult to find a mechanic you can trust around here.

My Mike you certainly have a big fan base, mainly of mad people! Rated worst dealership in America!!! You don't want ripped off, scammed and your motor blown up, don't come here! Destroyed my engine when they were only told to fix a electricical issue and then denied they did anything!!! Goes in running perfect, comes out barely running, smoking, no power, and not starting! Don't take it there! Had to collect my truck with police assistance after 3 months in pieces by wrecker! already 13,000+ in debt to me Mike (that's how much damage Mike has already done to my truck) but Mike had the entire option to just turn this matter to his insurance, so people make mistakes? But nope! Mike has to save face and deny it all. Can't do wrong right Mike? But seems many others think you can?
