My cobalt air cont was putting out warm air & surging in & out.They checked it out and said nothing was wrong.I took it to another location and they found a dirty air cond filter they changed it and do it works great. By the way King coal charged me $35.00 for nothing.Thats how King coal will put the screws to you,but we wont be buying any more there.........

Larry Simmons Honda Run Around - NoMore

The service department ruins this dealership. Service department employees can be very rude and condescending toward customers. The reviews tell the story - sales earns high ratings while service ratings are very poor. Read the positive ratings with CAUTION though, some of the 5 star ratings (as of today) are from current and former employees or their friends/family (check the Facebook links) which is a deceptive way to boost your online ratings. We purchased our car new from this dealership several years ago and that process was good, but now we have problems that should be easily resolved but Larry Simmons continues to give us the run around. We will be buying a new car soon, but not Honda, Mazda, or VW because we never want to be forced to go to Larry Simmons again for any service problems.

We discussed the many attributes of the vehicle, different financial methods available, and prospective inventory availability and whether dealer programs might be available. When our mechanic looked at it, the problem was the<br>catilaic convertor could be moved with the touch of a finger. He told<br>us it needed to be replaced. My husband and I brought the Jeep back<br>to the dealership since it was still under warranty. I was asked to call<br>back Friday morning (August 13) to get an estimate on the repair cost. When I called Friday morning, I was told by Scott that he hadn't<br>called about the parts and to let my mechanic fix it {my mechanic's<br>estimate had been cheaper}. When I brought the bill into Scott, he was very rude, unprofessional, and discourteous. My mechanic's price was higher and he did not know how it had passed inspection <br>before it was sold to me. I feel that this was just an oversite on the <br>dealership's part and I would like to get my money back.

On our return from Louisville Kentucky to eastern Pennsylvania, we had the misfortune to have engine trouble near Charleston West Virginia on Memorial Day. I researched several Nissan dealerships in the area and found Love Nissan to be closest to where we stopped for the day. I took the car to them first thing the next day, with no prior appointment. Staff was friendly and courteous and showed me to the waiting area. Within half an hour the service staff came and gave me the bad/good news. Bad news, it was the transmission. Good news, it was covered under the Nissan CVT extended warranty. Love Nissan had already arranged for a free rental car and they rental company was on its way to pick me up. Communication from Love Nissan service was great. They received the transmission the next day (Wednesday) and kept me advised, and by the end of the day on Thursday it was installed and the car was available for pick up. I was not able to leave until late Friday for pick up on Saturday in the AM. Service is not open on Saturday, but they made arrangements for me to pick up the vehicle from the sales staff, who were also very helpful. No extra costs occurred, just a job well done. We are very grateful to Ms. Wiley and the staff of Love Nissan for taking care of this issue as professionally and fast as they did, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others who need assistance far from home or locally.

My Mike you certainly have a big fan base, mainly of mad people! Rated worst dealership in America!!! You don't want ripped off, scammed and your motor blown up, don't come here! Destroyed my engine when they were only told to fix a electricical issue and then denied they did anything!!! Goes in running perfect, comes out barely running, smoking, no power, and not starting! Don't take it there! Had to collect my truck with police assistance after 3 months in pieces by wrecker! already 13,000+ in debt to me Mike (that's how much damage Mike has already done to my truck) but Mike had the entire option to just turn this matter to his insurance, so people make mistakes? But nope! Mike has to save face and deny it all. Can't do wrong right Mike? But seems many others think you can?
