We're from PA and we were traveling on I-79 S through - cheribedilion24

We're from PA and we were traveling on I-79 S through West Virginia on Wed. Sept. 4th, 2024. We were on our way to our log cabin vacation home in KY. Our Ford F-150 began having engine issues and kept shutting off while on the interstate. We were right near the Jane Lew exit when this began. We managed to get off the exit and head back north on I-79 and drove slowly to Chenoweth Ford while the engine issues continued. Luckily we were able to finally make it to the dealership. Everyone there at the automotive repair was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SO kind!! They diagnosed the issue quickly, luckily had the part in stock and had us repaired and back on the road again in under 2 hours!! We we were so surprised at how quickly they did the repair, so very thankful and couldn't have been MORE PLEASED with their excellent service! What could have been a real disaster- possibly having to spend a night or two in a hotel room, needing a rental car, waiting for part/s, spending a lot more money and wasting time- ended up being not so bad after all because of Chenoweth Ford! My spouse introduced me to this Toyota dealership over 35 years ago when it was under the old ownership. We have bought 4 Toyotas (all new) since then. Have had the best service and warranty work ever. The great thing about this dealer is that if they mess up, they pay. Years ago I had taken my Corolla in for regular maintenance. I never noticed that my inspection sticker had died. I got a ticket. On my trip to get the inspection done, they looked up when I had my last maintenance done. It was right at the time my inspection was due to run out. They deducted the cost of my ticket from my maintenance and inspection bill!! The sales staff is great. They always talk to us and make us feel at home. Even my dogs have been welcome there. Hairy, Max and now Miss Red are always greeted and petted. I have never had to have anything done to my Toyotas other than routine maintenance, warrenty work and normal wear & tear work. Love this dealership and my Toyotas!!

Took first exit off to inspect the vehicle and then called Subaru of Morgantown since the engine light, cruise light, etc. would not go off. They were able to inspect my vehicle that afternoon and determine it was drivable to continue on my journey. Very grateful for their professional service!
