Bought a 2023 Civic SI, and was not told it didn't have a - adkins.dl940

Bought a 2023 Civic SI, and was not told it didn't have a second key fob. In fact was told it was probably locked up in service department since it was late, and they had closed. Now I'm supposed to pay for a new one??? I can't even get a price, or an idea of what it would cost. I've owned more Honda's than I can count, and my family has bought many from this dealership, but if they cannot rectify this situation I'll never buy another from there I don't care how far I have to drive!!! Absolutely ridiculous. The thing is I wasn't even looking to buy a car. My name comes up every year, and the salesman called and asked. I just so happened to have seen the SI on Facebook, so I figured why not. John Howerton should personally take care of this. I was lied to plain and simple. Probably nobody reads these anyway. I really don't think dealerships care anymore. I've called to talk to someone else, but they keep putting me with the salesman I had, and I want to talk to someone who can move faster than a tree can grow!!
