Had a very professional and knowledgeable 40,000 mile service to my 2021 XC90. Patrick, the service manager, was exceptional! They were ready for me at my appointment time, and were efficient but thorough. When I arrived, I realized that I had forgotten to mention that one of my tail lights was damaged. Patrick found one at another location, had it delivered and installed prior to my departure. Excellent experience!!

Worst car shopping experience in all aspects... - jessijean

Didn't even feel comfortable purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership let alone wanting to pay full price during a sales event. No sales found, no competent sales person, no working used cars and yet I paid 13,000.00 from this dealership for a vehicle that stopped working a month later! This is what I get for wanting to feel safe because I am a single mom with a child. I'd rather deal with the IRS ~ or get all my teeth pull at the same time without any pain meds.
