I took my vehicle to Doxon for a transfer case service and an oil change, and it was a terrible experience.
First, during their multi-point inspection, they somehow got rocks and leaves into my blower motor. Instead of taking responsibility, they were rude and condescending, blaming me for having leaves in my cabin air filter—despite the fact that I bought the vehicle just a month ago with all filters replaced. I have paperwork to prove it, and I had zero issues before bringing it to them.
Later, when I went to another shop for a transmission service, I found out that Doxon botched my transfer case service. It was leaking badly because they didn’t replace the gaskets and overfilled it!
I strongly do not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. Grant was especially rude and condescending.
If you have issues with them, file a complaint with the BBB—they won’t take you seriously otherwise.
