Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. Thanks Lee Johnson Kia.

Waited 7 hours for my car,Chris was good, bought me a sandwich. But I am not impressed with sw30 oil, have to put winter oil in my car in October and I will have hardly any mileage on it since I don't drive it much. THAT MAKES ME REALLY MAD AND MORE EXPNENSE!!!!!

Came in for oil change first think in AM. Check in with Bob was smooth, he was efficient and friendly. Waited in lounge area about 75 minutes which seems a bit long for an oil change. On checkout, the young lady told me that in addition to the oil change, my tires had been rotated, which is pretty standard in my experience with this dealership. When I got home, I noticed my invoice did not mention the tire rotation being performed. Emailed Bob and asked for clarification but 24+ hours later, no response has been received. Not a major issue but I would like to know either way.

Scheduled for a recall. Given a 1 hour by the GMC rep who Scheduled it. Sat for 40 mins and went outside for some air. Walked around the building to hear my horn honking. Worker opened the door and I asked if he was just then bringing it in. He stated he just got the ticket! Said it would be another half hour. Sat again for 45 minutes and went back outside to see my car sitting with the keys in it and a bunch of employees just yapping. Walked up and told him the keys were in it and I was leaving! One message texted to me when I arrived and none after! Would not recommend to anyone I know! I have a trusted mechanic and only went for the recall! Something caused by the manufacturer and not me! Should have been bending over backwards for that! Left so mad and told have a nice day!

Wow!!! Super impressed with the service provided by Tammy Fifer & crew! I had repairs needed to my (almost) 20 year old Volvo XC70 wagon and it turned out to be a big challenge to get the needed part. Tammy followed though on everything and kept me informed on the progress, and I even got a good break on the charge for the rental car I was using while waiting for everything to come together. Complete failure. Service rep could not find the problem when it was described to him in detail. I am not a mechanic but know what the problem is. I gave every detail needed to make the proper diagnostic with ease. When picking up the vehicle was told my manager and I drove the vehicle together and we couldn't hear the sound. The stereo was at a volume that no one could have heard the obvious malfunction, when I got into the car upon pick up. Then the service rep told me that he could not justify the parameters needed to replace the part on warranty. So you refuse to do what is right knowing what's wrong with my vehicle because it's to hard to get the money from the warranty company? Maybe you should have kept your job at jiffly lube steve, drain plugs are easy to replace!
