John was great to work with. He knew I was on a budget and he was honest with me and told me what could wait until I had more funds and what needed to get done right away. He was also nice enough to help out with what I thought was going to be an expensive fix. I had an area where the seam was coming apart from the back seat and into the front. He was able to mess with it to get it lined back up the way it should be.

He had a technician ride with me to hear the noise and they got it fixed right away. They even washed and vacuumed the car when it was all done!!! Best Service Experience I've had!

Great Customer service. This gal named Jessica Wiley in the service department was so nice and helpful to me when I brought my Impreza in for a small window repair. She took my car in right away and put me into a nice Crosstrek loaner car. Not too long after that I came back in with my brother and financed a new Subaru Crosstrek and trade my Impreza in. Got a great low interest rate on my new car and super friendly helpful staff.

I recently had an appointment made by the South Tacoma Honda Service Department for a factory recall notice for our 2024 CRV. The department called, made the appointment and I brought the vehicle in at the designated date & time. I was met by a service representative who took the required information & my keys and directed me to the first available Service Writer. He verified my appointment & the reason, filled out the required work order and arranged for a free Uber ride home. He informed me that Dani would call in 3-4 hours when the vehicle was ready for pick up. Dani called at the designated time and informed me the vehicle was ready and activated my free Uber ride back to the dealer. Upon my return Dani went over what services were provided and directed me to my vehicle. All of this service was first call and without any delays or complications. Well done to the staff of South Tacoma Honda Service Department!

My wife and I own 2 KIAs (2020 Sportage and 2020 Telluride) and have them serviced mostly at Sunset Kia of Auburn. Our experience with Jennifer and Dean in the Service Dept has been very good. Easy to schedule and complete as promised are 2 big positives. We miss the included, on site car wash but see it was dropped during the pandemic. Hope it comes back someday.

I've been doing business with Titus-Will since 1975, shortly after they bought out Temple Motors (Toyota). Titus-Will took outstanding care of my dad's pickup until my dad passed away. I started taking my pickups in to Titus-Will when I bought a 2004 F0250 Superduty. I had some problems with the truck that was unrelated to Ford's quality. The former owner took the truck in for repairs and reused nuts that were supposed to be one time use only. They worked their way loose and broke off the nose of the starter and caused all sorts of damage. The service department saved me thousands of dollars on the repair. In the end, that truck and engine lasted over 720,000 miles due to the care and the service from the service department. The biggest help was the recommendation from the service manager that I take the truck out for a workout to keep the exhaust system cleared. I now have a 2015 F-350 that Titus-Will is taking care of. They have been giving her the same care and attention that they gave my F-250. I wouldn't take my truck to anyone else!
