The service department in this dealership has been my go-to first choice for years. I know when I go there I will be treated truly as a valued customer the techs are knowledgable and effcient and have always gone the extra mile to be sure things are done right and I leave there satisfied.

Was not satisfied with the service dept. it was in for an oil change when I left their was I Oil splattered all over the front and hood. Went back and told them what I found and the service rep told me that it would come off and offered to give me a free car wash. Would not take my car to the car wash of their choice. Came home and washed it by hand. The service rep did not even say he was sorry.

Had a problem with the brakes on my 2021 BMW that was under warranty at first they ( the service department) was not to interested in working on. I will give them credit for sticking with it and fixed the problem. Steffan the service advisor was helpful, but we could have used a little bit more communication.

Had to wait 3 hours today bc I didn’t have an appointment. The music was way too loud but there was plenty of seating. First I want to highlight the young lady at the snack and coffee counter. She was great and sweet! I forgot to get her name but she was so nice. Last but not least Erica in service was awesome! She went above and beyond, answered questions without getting annoyed with us. I haven’t had great customer service like that in a while. She was great I hope they’re treating her right. I will definitely be back and hopefully Erica will be able to help us next time.

This service department did not make a good first impression but they made up for it when I returned for the third time. I was treated respectfully and my explanation of the service needed was accepted the first time. I felt valued and that is important to me. I will return in the future for my car maintenance. I do like the fact that you don't have to make an appointment for service work and they have a wonderful lounge for people waiting for their car to be serviced. I gave them a 4 star rating only because of my first experience. They earned a 5 stars on this latest visit.

Third time I’ve brought my car here for an oil change and it’s taken over three hours to complete and that is with an appointment. If it weren’t for the lifetime oil changes I purchased when I bought the vehicle I would never return! They obviously over book their technicians and can’t keep up with the work they have or times they promise.

I brought my Ford focus in for work. I got charged $2100 only to walk out to the parking lot to a car that wouldn’t start. And then they looked at me like a deer in headlights as though somehow it was my problem. They didn’t even promise. They could see it on Monday. Absolutely shameful

Horrible customer service. Went into parts dept to purchase oil filter. Was told they needed VIN in order to insure correct part for vehicle ????? Refused to sell me the part unless/until I provided VIN. I took my money and my business to Bud Clary in Auburn. It takes weeks and sometimes months to schedule service with Car Pros Hyundai Renton. It is as though they do not want my business. So much easier and less expensive to schedule maintenence and service with independent certified shops/mechanics.

Refused To Order Airbags For Acura Recall - smspire

I received a recall notice for the air bags in my 2003 MDX and called Acura of Bellevue Service Department 13424 NE 20th St, Bellevue, WA 98005. The scheduling rep put me on hold then came back on and told me that Acura of Bellevue didn't have any airbags for my MDX nor did they have any plans to order them. I asked several times during the call for Acura of Bellevue's Service Department to please order the recall parts, (my understanding is that a recall part is no cost to the dealership), and the scheduling rep refused. Acura of Bellevue is a very poor representative of the Acura brand. I called Acura Customer Relations who found a dealership service department 17 miles away who was able to complete the service. This was all very inconvenient.
