I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a classic Porsche 997.1 from Bellevue Porsche, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, the dealership offered a very fair trade-in value for my VW Tiguan, and their price on the 997.1 was equally reasonable. What I truly appreciated was the ability to handle most of the transaction over the phone, given that I live on an island near Seattle. This convenience saved me multiple trips back and forth, which was a huge relief. The sales team was professional and pleasant to deal with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The finance department was also extremely professional and kind, ensuring that there was never any pressure—only accommodating, calm, and professional service. Bellevue Porsche did an outstanding job prepping the classic car for sale, addressing numerous fixes and delivering a vehicle that was ready to drive and enjoy. However, the highlight of my experience has been working with their service department. There was a remaining issue to be fixed as a condition of the sale, and after my initial visit, I still felt it wasn’t fully resolved. The team had me bring the car back, provided another loaner, and proceeded to make a complete repair, replacing expensive parts without hesitation. This level of service reminded me of the exceptional customer care we used to get from Nordstrom in the late '70s and ‘80s. Interacting with the service coordinators has been a pleasure, as they are all very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. Satisfied customers seem to be a hallmark of Bellevue Porsche. I will continue to work exclusively with them, and should I ever decide to purchase a new 911, this is the dealership I would recommend. Larry Laissue

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Went in for a brake pad change, they wanted to change... - Abed

Went in for a brake pad change, they wanted to change pads, rotors, etc... eventhough the mechanic who inspected the brakes said the rotors were find and did not need a change. The service rep insisted that they might have to change them and won't know till the start the change process. If felt this was overbaord as this was the first pad change on the car since new. I bought the pads and did the change myself, the rotors were fine. The Rep's seem very dry and not very friendly at all, but they are the only dealer within 50 miles from my home :-(

This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

Porsche Tacoma Went Way Above Our Expectations - Jill & Jon

We wanted to ship our 911 Turbo to the Seattle/Tacoma area from Ohio, so we could do a driving trip down the west coast. I called Stanton to see if they would accept it and he said yes, and even recommended a transportation broker. The car was picked up on a Monday evening and by Thursday morning it had arrived at Porsche Tacoma. We made arrangements with Bradley in the service department to have the car serviced upon arrival. Bradley called twice to let us know the status of the service. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were greeted by Bradley, the car was ready and had just been washed. He spent time with us going over everything that had been done in a very professional manner. After having our car serviced by two different Porsche dealers in Ohio, we found Porsche Tacoma to be very competitive on workmanship and price! Stanton and Bradley went way above our expectations!
