Went in for a brake pad change, they wanted to change... - Abed

Went in for a brake pad change, they wanted to change pads, rotors, etc... eventhough the mechanic who inspected the brakes said the rotors were find and did not need a change. The service rep insisted that they might have to change them and won't know till the start the change process. If felt this was overbaord as this was the first pad change on the car since new. I bought the pads and did the change myself, the rotors were fine. The Rep's seem very dry and not very friendly at all, but they are the only dealer within 50 miles from my home :-(

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide - Jess

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.

Porsche Tacoma Went Way Above Our Expectations - Jill & Jon

We wanted to ship our 911 Turbo to the Seattle/Tacoma area from Ohio, so we could do a driving trip down the west coast. I called Stanton to see if they would accept it and he said yes, and even recommended a transportation broker. The car was picked up on a Monday evening and by Thursday morning it had arrived at Porsche Tacoma. We made arrangements with Bradley in the service department to have the car serviced upon arrival. Bradley called twice to let us know the status of the service. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were greeted by Bradley, the car was ready and had just been washed. He spent time with us going over everything that had been done in a very professional manner. After having our car serviced by two different Porsche dealers in Ohio, we found Porsche Tacoma to be very competitive on workmanship and price! Stanton and Bradley went way above our expectations!
