I cannot say enough about how wonderful Olympia Mazda is, and no amount of what I say will ever do it justice. Let's talk about Jason in Service in particular. This amazing rep has gone out of his way multiple times to save the day for me and my Mazda 2021 CX-30.
First, mice chewed through my wires a few years ago, and Oly Mazda was the one who informed me it's covered under my comprehensive insurance. When my insurance company balked, they assisted in fighting them for me and gave me a loaner car for the weeks it took to get my insurance to do what I pay them for and cover the damages.
Then, just yesterday, my OG battery died after 85,000 miles (I commute 110 miles a day). It was the end of the day on a very trying Monday. Their mechanics leave at 5p, and I didn't get there until 4:15, and the waiting room was packed. They stayed late to get me back on the road, and it didn't cost me the first born I'm never going to have.
I live in Bremerton, and originally started going to them for my service because I work in Oly. After everything their service department has done for me, I will always travel to Olympia for my service, regardless of where my job shack is located. I've been to 4 Mazda dealerships in my 22 year span as a Mazda owner. Oly Mazda is top notch, their people genuinely care, and in my opinion, they are the absolute best.
Shout out to Jason, who has been amazing, and another shout out to Don and Jim in Sales for selling me my CX-30 when it was time to upgrade my 3 hatchback, and selling my boyfriend his CX-50 after another driver slammed into and totaled his Jeep. They are affordable, compassionate, and go out of their way to make sure we are safely back on the road.
