A bus hit my mirror 2025 2500. No one but auto nation had one on stock. I met with them on a saturday, the mirror was replaced monday morning. OEM part. No issues. Looks perfect. The folks there were awesome, friendly and helpful. If needed i would serk them out for help again.

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

My wife and I own 2 KIAs (2020 Sportage and 2020 Telluride) and have them serviced mostly at Sunset Kia of Auburn. Our experience with Jennifer and Dean in the Service Dept has been very good. Easy to schedule and complete as promised are 2 big positives. We miss the included, on site car wash but see it was dropped during the pandemic. Hope it comes back someday.

The first thing that impressed me about West Hills Kia was how easy it was for me to make an appointment to have my car serviced. My call was answered and I had my appointment booked in a matter of minutes. When I tried to make an appointment with the dealership where I purchased the car, I was transferred to the service department and listened to the phone ringing for at least 10 minutes with no answer. I'll call West Hills Kia first, next time. When I brought my car in, I was greeted immediately by a service advisor who checked me in and let me know that their EV specialist, Alex, would be working with me. Alex called me at home and we discussed the results of the multi-point inspection. Everything looked good other than a little uneven wear on the tires. When I picked up my car, Alex showed me how I could take advantage of the one pedal driving capability on my EV6 to extend the life of my brakes.

Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. Took my car in for timing chain replacement. Car never had problems with oil leaks until i took it to them. Had to return car several times after initial repair for unusual noises. My engine blew and they blamed me for not putting oil in car! Dont ever do business with them. They couldnt even do the repaur right the first time. Car made more noise when i picked it up than when i brought it in. for initial repair. No offer of compensation of any kind.

They cost us $1k in damages and won't bother to return my calls. They changed our oil on Wednesday. We didn't use the car again until Sunday and it was clear something was wrong. Thankfully our destination was close and as we parked the oil light came on. We checked and there was zero oil left in the car. I immediately called to see how they could help us and they couldn't have cared less and told me they could look at the car in three weeks. I was transferred to the manager, Dorian, but could only leave a voicemail. We were forced to take the car elsewhere and had to have the oil filter adaptor housing completely replaced. I've since tried to call Kia again and I either get the same manager's voicemail or the line just rings forever. It's really disgusting how incompetent these people are.

Just received a phone call from Alex Bassett the service dept director at Dick Hannah Kia. I had called earlier expressing a concern about service being done on my Kia Forte. He spend the time explaining what diagnostic work had been done on the car and what the problems could be. He was very understanding and patient while listening to my concerns. This response is not what I received from the service manager. Dick Hannah Kia Dealerships is fortunate to have him as Director of this dept. Definitely 5 stars or him ***** THANKS *******

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.

HVAC System Malfunction Immediately After Sunroof Repair by Mercedes-Benz of Spokane Service Context and Immediate Change in Performance On June 6, 2025, I brought my vehicle in for a sunroof repair due to a rattling noise for the second time. The vehicle remained in the dealership’s care for approximately 2.5 hours. Immediately upon picking it up while in their parking lot, I noticed a change in the A/C system's behavior. Air from the vents became unusually and consistently cold, regardless of the temperature setting until the unit switched to heating. The cabin climate became difficult to regulate — with uneven cooling, lower airflow, and imbalanced temperature distribution. Functional Symptoms Post-Service Over multiple long drives in ambient temperatures between 70°F–90°F, the following symptoms were observed: • To achieve marginal comfort, now the temperature settings of either 79–81°F on auto are required or the vents must be completely turned away at the highest airflow setting — when previously the optimal comfort level was achieved at 66–71°F under similar conditions. • The airflow remains uncomfortably cold, especially on the arms and face while other areas (back and legs) remain warm. The air from vents was either cold or warm, with little to no blending in between. This unit behavior could not be considered within specifications. Even if a technically 'in-spec' system continuously outputs near-refrigerated air without regulating or properly blending airflow, it fails in terms of practical comfort and system design. These symptoms indicate that the system is no longer responding dynamically to interior temperature needs. This behavior differs significantly from how the system performed prior to service. This issue did not exist prior to the sunroof repair. Dealership Conduct and Inadequate Follow-Through • The issues were initially dismissed. • Later a foreman acknowledged the abnormal behavior and said he would look for a solution. Despite keeping the vehicle for a day and a half on July 2 and 3, and general manager Dan Crowley’s assurance that they had several ideas on what an issue might be after already consulting the technicians, who previously inspected the unit: • Nothing was done to find a valid explanation for the issue. • They unreasonably asked me to leave my car for a day and a half to only look for technical confirmation that would dismiss the existing issue. • Notified me that insulation had been added to the roof area — a modification performed without my knowledge or consent, which could not reasonably have improved the issue based on the symptoms. • Stated they had consulted PTSS, which only reflects that nothing might have been detected through their standard diagnostic procedures, not that the issue doesn’t exist. • Returned the vehicle with the issue unresolved and entirely dismissed. • Ignored detailed and credible reports of change in system behavior.

Very disappointed. I purchased a new 2023 Kia NIRO. When I got home, I noticed an open safety recall on my app. When i got my new plates, I asked about the safety recall. No one in service, so no answers. Asked about how to use my digital key and get it set up. No one in sales knew how to do this. I took the car in for my first oil change. i get it back, the safety recall was not fixed. The car was not washed, not vacuumed. For a $120 oil change, I would expect that. Service had my car the entire day so the argument that it was too cold (freezing) to wash the car in the morning is not valid. So, I have had my car for 6 months, still have an open safety recall and still can't use my digital key. When I call the service dept, I get a recording, leave a message, no one calls back. I have to keep calling until someone actually picks up.
