First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

My wife and I own 2 KIAs (2020 Sportage and 2020 Telluride) and have them serviced mostly at Sunset Kia of Auburn. Our experience with Jennifer and Dean in the Service Dept has been very good. Easy to schedule and complete as promised are 2 big positives. We miss the included, on site car wash but see it was dropped during the pandemic. Hope it comes back someday.

The GMC SERVICE of our KIA,SORENTO, was EXCELLENT. The service desk personnel were informative and affable from the beginning to the end of our visit. While the wife waited, in the service center waiting room, I, with a GMC salesman, meandered over to KIA to look and learn about the electric vehicles. The wife and I are seriously believing, we will purchase an electric car,(an suv), as our next vehicle. From the moment I was handed off to Patrick Pham at KIA, he became my friend.... Going to Lee Johnson Kia has always been a pleasure. They greeted me upon arriving. They checked me in and the waiting room is well equipped with coffee, tea etc. The TV is running and interesting to watch while waiting for word about my car. There is a restaurant just a few doors away, but I didn't go to it this time. When the work was done on my car I was pleasantly surprised to find they had also washed and vacuumed the car. Jason was very nice. I wasn’t too happy because when I made the appt I put in the notes that my windshield wipers weren’t working well - only intermittent works which can be dangerous when it rains hard but he said they didn’t see that and I’d have to come back…but to get to these appts I have to take a day off of work. They did fix my heater, which was also broken so that was helpful although expensive.

I would rate them a 0 if I could! They could care less about their customers. Our vehicle was vandalized while in possession of the dealership. They were unprofessional and could care less that our vehicle was broken into and trashed. Hey offered no help. They have so many cameras on their merchandise but when it comes to the customers parking lot (in service) they have NO CAMERAS! This dealership is garbage! Horrible customer service and they don’t stand be their word. 0 stars!! Complete trash! Don’t buy car here !!

Third time I’ve brought my car here for an oil change and it’s taken over three hours to complete and that is with an appointment. If it weren’t for the lifetime oil changes I purchased when I bought the vehicle I would never return! They obviously over book their technicians and can’t keep up with the work they have or times they promise.

Just received a phone call from Alex Bassett the service dept director at Dick Hannah Kia. I had called earlier expressing a concern about service being done on my Kia Forte. He spend the time explaining what diagnostic work had been done on the car and what the problems could be. He was very understanding and patient while listening to my concerns. This response is not what I received from the service manager. Dick Hannah Kia Dealerships is fortunate to have him as Director of this dept. Definitely 5 stars or him ***** THANKS *******

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide - Jess

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.

Very disappointed. I purchased a new 2023 Kia NIRO. When I got home, I noticed an open safety recall on my app. When i got my new plates, I asked about the safety recall. No one in service, so no answers. Asked about how to use my digital key and get it set up. No one in sales knew how to do this. I took the car in for my first oil change. i get it back, the safety recall was not fixed. The car was not washed, not vacuumed. For a $120 oil change, I would expect that. Service had my car the entire day so the argument that it was too cold (freezing) to wash the car in the morning is not valid. So, I have had my car for 6 months, still have an open safety recall and still can't use my digital key. When I call the service dept, I get a recording, leave a message, no one calls back. I have to keep calling until someone actually picks up.

I was so happy with the service I received from Brandon at Kia Puyallup. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle o wanted and answered every question as we went over the vehicle and let me tell you there was a lot of them. There was no high pressure to buy the vehicle and no calls to my house saying things like this deal might not be around long and this is the last one like that or someone else is very interested in it. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the whole buying experience. I would highly recommend Brandon and KIA of Puyallup to all my friends.
