This dealership seems under staffed. But the service was kind and thoughtful. The sales on extra services was done with professionalism but I could tell it wasn’t a genuine need.

We bought our Ioniq 6 over the summer with Jessica. She was very attentive, friendly, and when she didn’t know an answer to our question she researched and asked an co-worker until she found the answer. This past weekend I noticed our USB-C chargers in our car were not working. She met me at the service center with another Ioniq to test out my chargers in the new cars charging ports. We found out the chargers in my car do in fact need to be serviced so she helped me set up a service appointment. She went above and beyond with her customer service and made the scheduling process easier. Would highly recommend her to help with any future car purchase! Thanks, Jessica!

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Had my Elantra in for service and was getting a noise. Nate greeted me right away and I felt like he really cared about what was going on with my car. He had a technician ride with me to hear the noise and they got it fixed right away. They even washed and vacuumed the car when it was all done!!! Best Service Experience I've had!

All of the interactions I have had with staff in all areas - reception, at the service desk, and with the techs have been personable, knowledgeable and professional. I have been satisfied with the work that has been performed each time. My car has been serviced.

Horrible customer service. Went into parts dept to purchase oil filter. Was told they needed VIN in order to insure correct part for vehicle ????? Refused to sell me the part unless/until I provided VIN. I took my money and my business to Bud Clary in Auburn. It takes weeks and sometimes months to schedule service with Car Pros Hyundai Renton. It is as though they do not want my business. So much easier and less expensive to schedule maintenence and service with independent certified shops/mechanics.

Zero stars. Easily the worst customer service experience that I have ever have had. It took three months to diagnose, make an attempted repair (that didn't work) and then repair my daily driver 2019 F-150. The customer service stopped taking and/or returning my calls several times while they had me truck. The estimated prices for the repair changed, ultimately costing $2000 more than originally quoted. When they finally got the vehicle repaired, it was sitting in their lot for 2 months. They returned me a filthy vehicle which must have been outside for 2 months covered in bird droppings. They could not process a DEBIT CARD payment, which they harassed me about, accusing me of having insufficient funds for, which I didn't. Nobody on this staff seems to be in the least bit professional. I would never recommend this establishment. Thanks for the 3 month nightmare. I went here because it was a "Ford Dealership", what a frustrating experience, and no loaner vehicles, awesome.

This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

Zamora was my service advisor. She was great. Went for oil change on 01 September 2023 at 3pm. Service was fast and efficient. No issues with Zamora or maintenance performance. Reason I took off 1 star, not all of the staff is friendly or attentive. I pulled my car up to the service bay, only to be stared at by the staff with a blank stare like I was in the wrong place. Zamora was busy with another customer, but she fixed the situation as soon as she saw me, greeted and logged in my visit in the computer system. I travel from near Seattle to get service from Haselwood in Bremerton. It's a 70-90 minute drive. I stuck with Haselwood bc of their flexibility in offering appointments. $299 maintenance pack of 4 is a good deal. Hope to give 5 stars in the future.

Worst customer service ever. Wasted my whole day and still no resolution. I purchased and have paper work showing purchase of service package, but they are denying I purchased it. This is the second time I have had to prove this. STAY AWAY from this dealership very shady
