Usually not too bad but 1:45 for an oil change unacceptable. Had a 1:30 appointment and car never went in to shop til after 2pm. Other customers came in after my self for same service and left before me. At 2:50, I asked Toni not my service writer about my car and she a a tech checking it. 10 minutes later said they were bringing it up to me and it would be a couple minutes. Another 10 minutes went by, now it 3:05pm and no car. At 3:10, I finally asked MY service rep,Rich Salstrom and he had no clue eats was going on. Could not find my keys, my car or anything. I told him 1:45 minutes was not acceptable for an oil change. He emailed my bill at 3:13 but never got my car til 3:20pm. I was a service for Keith Harnish at his Saturn dealer and Robb Heath The service manager would never let this happen. I got better service during COVID than I did today. Just not a good expirence all around

Had resister problems with my car and needed it up and running that day! Called Chipman&Taylor (this was on a Sunday) and spoke to a nice man by the name of Fran. Fran made calls to employees that were scheduled off, made time to track down my parts and even took the time to meet up and chat with me about what his suggestions were about how i should fix my car. And we got it done around an hours time! Over all experience, 10 out of 10! THANK YOU FRAN, AND THE TEAM AT CHIPMAN&TAYLOR.

This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.

By far the best experience that I've ever had at a dealership. Sent e-mails back and forth a few times, went in and signed the paperwork and left a happy camper. If I spent an hour at the dealership in total, I would be surprised. Tony is the man! I will be back for my next vehicle.

Took my Cadillac XT4 to McCurley to replace a transmission sensor. They had my car for 18 days. When it was delivered to me it was absolutely filthy inside! One panel was completely broke, drivers leather seat was sliced and scuffed. Drivers door panel was all scratched up and marks everywhere. The carpet and surrounding areas filthy, scuffed up and scratched. Speaker cover was smeared with a substance. White scratch mark on the exterior of door. Stay away from this dealership!
