Had resister problems with my car and needed it up and running that day! Called Chipman&Taylor (this was on a Sunday) and spoke to a nice man by the name of Fran. Fran made calls to employees that were scheduled off, made time to track down my parts and even took the time to meet up and chat with me about what his suggestions were about how i should fix my car. And we got it done around an hours time! Over all experience, 10 out of 10! THANK YOU FRAN, AND THE TEAM AT CHIPMAN&TAYLOR.

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide - Jess
They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.

By far the best experience that I've ever had at a dealership. Sent e-mails back and forth a few times, went in and signed the paperwork and left a happy camper. If I spent an hour at the dealership in total, I would be surprised. Tony is the man! I will be back for my next vehicle.

Blake my service department contact showed great concern while listening to my subsequent call expressing my unhappiness. Arrived today for 0815 appt scheduled in person back in November 2024. Also visited parts department with service advisor at that time to ensure the necessary parts would be available. I needed drive belt replaced as recommended in owners manual. I also asked to change out water pump at this time per my research I did for belt replacement. today they had nada!! The desk person was friendly but clueless. Lee the runaround begin! I called it and walked out. I’m glad I did. I just finished reading reviews and am not surprised by all the dissatisfied customers.
