The service writer (Kyla) was responsive in a timely way to all questions I had about the car. I had to take the car back 3 times times to replace a scratched used headlight that was installed and an aftermarket faulty headlight. The 3rd time an OEM was ordered and installed. One time, a part was not installed when the car was to be ready for pickup. When i pointed it out, the part was ordered and installed a week later. Radar calibrations were a significant issue. I took the car back 5 times to get the issue addressed. Finally, the Audi was taken to the dealer and all the needed radar calibrations were addressed. My recommendation is to have a Designated QUALITY CONTROL person with the responsibility to go over the car ensuring all parts are quality and installed correctly, and all trim pieces are clipped in correctly, etc.

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. This time I had a good experience. My Sonic had unexpected recalls and wasn't reliable and safe. Maggie was professional and friendly. She showed me several cars and options. I told her what I could afford and what I was looking for in a car. I am sad that I couldn't keep my Sonic. I love my Pearl. From the book of Isaiah "a crown of beauty instead of ashes," so my Nissan Rouge has the name "Beauty". I am still getting used to a larger car. This is the worst place ever! Almost 2 years ago I was told that my rotors needed to be changed. When I asked for them back I seen they looked brand new. Cost me $1,500. With a 2 year warranty. Now all four of my rotors need to be replaced I had the back ones done that was $1,100 and the front ones need to be done also.! So I took it to Larson because I'm still under a 2 year warranty .I was told that they were not going to honor my warranty. And pretty much told me it was my fault that my rotors didn't last two years. I was told in order for them to replace them rotors they have to be cracked in half. You cannot trust these people at this dealership they are all about screwing you over and not helping. Obviously either they put on junk rotors or I don't know what happened . I took my rear ones too tiny's automotive. And I'll probably be doing the same for the front because they need to be replaced. And they offer a 3-year warranty so take your business tiny automotive. They won't screw you over

I was driving my Caddy down the road when my temp.gauge started to rise. I pull over and find coolant pouring out under the car. I take it to the closest Caddillac dealership which is this one.<br><br>I'm not too worried because I bought the extended warranty. The car is due for an oil change so I ask them to do that while it's in. So I'm figuring $100 deuctible plus $30 for the oil change. Also my Air Bag indication has been intermittently coming on so I ask them to check that too since I purchased the high-tech option with the extended warranty(I figured the airbag was probably a loose wire to the sensor or something since it was not coming on all the time.)<br><br>They tell me the car is due for 60K mile service, so I tell them to go ahead, (at $750!). Oh well, I want to keep the car in tip-top shape. I get a call back later that day telling me the extended warranty company won't cover the leak repair or the air bag! So it will be $950 for the repair of the seal and $1000 for a new air bag module! So what I thought would be a $130 visit is now up to $2700!<br><br>I called my local indep. mechanic and he said airbag replacement would be $500 including the part! That half of what the dealership wanted to charge me. So I tell this dealership to repair the seal, skip the 60k mile service and skip the airbag. Cancel my extended warranty and refund me the prorated amount.<br><br>Now a month has passed and guess what, the air bag light has never came on since I got the car back! It probably was a loose wire that the mechanic pushed in tight. They tried to screw me out of another $1000 dollars. <br><br>Stay away from their service department! Consider yourself warned.

Service Dept has gone to crap since Ed Ring left. The people that work the front service booths are most arrogant folks I ever met that are in "Customer Service". I'd rather take my car to Meineke than deal with those xxxxxxxx at the front service booths. Buh-Bye Bill Copps.

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.

Arrived today for 0815 appt scheduled in person back in November 2024. Also visited parts department with service advisor at that time to ensure the necessary parts would be available. I needed drive belt replaced as recommended in owners manual. I also asked to change out water pump at this time per my research I did for belt replacement. today they had nada!! The desk person was friendly but clueless. Lee the runaround begin! I called it and walked out. I’m glad I did. I just finished reading reviews and am not surprised by all the dissatisfied customers.
