Overall great and reliable service. A special shout out to Chris Toomey who is an exceptional service rep. Best I've had in all my BMW years. This location lost a point because for over a year now the service staff have been unable to help me update the car software as prompted on my BMW phone app. That update remains pending. Also, BMW insists on charging for travel enhancements as a package on its connected services when all I need are the live traffic condition updates while driving. A past attempt to charge for driver's seat heating as a connected service failed, and rightfully so. BMW should not persist in nickel and diming its loyal customers (I've been driving a BMW since 1998) for pennies. Just because every car brand (and company) tries this gimmick, doesn't mean it's right. Enhance the value of your exemplary cars by offering standard and cost-free connected service amenities! Charging for these relatively low-cost services undermines your brand loyalty.

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

Worst place to get your car serviced at, Dakota was the advisor that helped me and i have never been so disappointed in BMW and there customer service, i brought in my 2013 BMW 335i for warranty because it was having issues with fuel injectors, spark plugs, coil packs, charge pipe, oil pan gasket, and transmission issues. I talked to Dakota about my extended warranty and he told me not an issue i should have my car back before my trip (which was in 10 days). I tried calling 3 days before to see how things were going and no response for three days from Dakota, the 10th day i call him and he finally picks up says hasn’t called my warranty yet, xxx, who tf does that. I let another week go by no call or anything about my car, i called for another 3 days and still no response from Dakota, so i ended up calling my warranty to see if they put a ticket in for my vehicle they tell me no one from BMW has called them at all about my vehicle, so i drive to BMW and ask the service manager “Mark” what the xxxx is going on with my car and when tf are you going to call my warranty? He says you’ll have a call about my vehicle tomorrow (mind you this is week 3). So i wait for that call, what do you know no f***ing call, so i call the hotline and ask for someone to help me they get a hold of the store manager which was super helpful because after 4 weeks Dakota finally called my warranty, so then i finally get a call about my vehicle when its gonna projected to be done (another 2 weeks) so i call on the Tuesday when its supposed to be done, Dakota tells me its not gonna be done till tomorrow after telling me and promising me it will be done on Tuesday. after 6 weeks of no vehicle at all i get it back finally but when i get it back i have pieces missing off my front bumper that I didn’t till i got home and then after 2 days i tried calling back because they still didn’t fix my issues with my car after they said they did, i have never had BMW do that to me ever and then instead of calling me back they send me a review of how they did. Worst place ever take it up to seattle or bellvue if you can.

Wayne took control immediately, checked me in and had my X3 headed to the shop in no time. The repairs were completed in a reasonable time and everything functioned properly again. I really appreciate your clean comfortable waiting area complete with the morning paper and beverages. The restroom has been clean every time I have used it. I did take advantage of your shuttle service as I have once before. Both times I have found Mike to be pleasant, courteous and a good driver. The car was clean, comfortable and luxurious.

This must be the worst auto body shop in the greater northwest and I have been to some really bad ones. Dick Hannah really needs to hire people who understand the needs of their customers. Car Drop off Dec 21, 2023, was told by Trinidy to only contact her and her Appraiser Ashley on Tuesday and Thursday. I was blown away by this, but OK. After the drop never hear their voices again until I pick up the car on Jan 24, 2024. The process of ONLY communicating with your customer on Tuesday and Thursday is very disappointing and updates only through texted which seem like an automated message is so bad. I would ask many times throughout the day and would not get anything back until TUESDAY OR THURSDAY and even than I would get an automated message. The lack of communication and only doing business through Text is not good customer service. I will take my business somewhere else where I don't have to repeatedly ask for information and also not have to do business through text message and be restricted to ask about my car on ONLY ON TUESDAY AND THURSDAY.
