The service writer (Kyla) was responsive in a timely way to all questions I had about the car. I had to take the car back 3 times times to replace a scratched used headlight that was installed and an aftermarket faulty headlight. The 3rd time an OEM was ordered and installed. One time, a part was not installed when the car was to be ready for pickup. When i pointed it out, the part was ordered and installed a week later. Radar calibrations were a significant issue. I took the car back 5 times to get the issue addressed. Finally, the Audi was taken to the dealer and all the needed radar calibrations were addressed. My recommendation is to have a Designated QUALITY CONTROL person with the responsibility to go over the car ensuring all parts are quality and installed correctly, and all trim pieces are clipped in correctly, etc.

I have been an Acura of Bellevue customer for many years. The people who work in the service department are THE reason I bought a second Acura after they kept my first one humming along for just short of 200,000 miles. They have always given me solid advice and great service I know I can trust and they are wonderful to work with... How many places do you do business with anymore where people greet you by name and treat you like a friend? Today more than ever, that kind of business relationship really matters to me. It is rare and worth a lot. I can't imagine going to any other dealership.

First of All - I love my car! 2006 SLK55 AMG. It's my only toy and will be a classic someday. My car looks like new! Service was prompt, courteous and exceeded expectations. Only Genuine Parts used. Celelia Cline, my estimator, treated me with respect and knew how important the repairs were to me. If your car is important to you, I would highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center of Bellevue.

They unplug your dash cameras because they want to hide the quality of their work and the fact that they lie about doing it. They unplugged mine right after they are seen and heard saying "he won't notice if we don't even do it. Hahaha" Don't trust these "people" If they have to unplug your camera, they are hiding what they're doing. No other shop has unplugged my cameras.
