That's how I want to be treated when I'm shopping for a car. They made me feel welcomed and valued as a person and as a customer. There was no hard-selling, pressure tactics, or deception. Instead, they were open, honest, and patient. I love how all of the documents I wanted were already available for free online, which allowed me to view and copy them at home. I left the dealership with the pre-owned vehicle I wanted and at a price that made me happy. They were equally accommodating with my trade-in and made the process a breeze. Aziz Slassi was incredibly efficient and professional in the document-signing and financing segment. Frankly, I'm amazed that I actually enjoyed my used car buying experience; however, it would not have been possible without Tony-Thomas, Tom, and Aziz. It's unlike anything I experienced at other dealerships while searching for the car I ultimately purchased. I highly recommend Tony-Thomas Rehn, Tom Oh, and Aziz Slassi at Lee Johnson Mazda of Kirkland. I feel like I won the trifecta with that team.

Our 2020 CX 30 has been in for scheduled maintenance several times and for a repair of windshield wipers that were broken at the car wash and for a reprogramming of the radar sensors after running over a curb. Each time the car was in for service South Tacoma Mazda performed the service quickly and correctly. The service department is really high quality and above expectations.

Well worth the drive to Olympia, I just can't stress that enough! Frank was informative, patient, helpful and even took the time to send a personalized recording of the car delivered to my email the following morning. When I contacted them to come drive it, they had it out front and ready to go. Buying a car is hardly at the top of my list but Frank and the Olympia Mazda team made it easier than expected. Two thumbs up, go see them!

Friendly, courteous, informative staff - .though my vehicle was a 20-year-old MPV I felt I was treated as though I was a valued customer - on two separate occasions I left satisfied that my problem had been adequately researched & addressed & repairs were performed &/or diagnosed expertly - both service managers that I dealt with were excellent - they kept me informed as to how the repairs were progressing & provided accurate completion estimates - the part required to repair my vehicle was no longer available - the service manager & tech informed me what was needed its function & its location & reccommended that I attempt to locate a used replacement - this I did & all is well now.
