On 2/11/25, I went to get my Cx-30 serviced at West Hills Mazda and was thoroughly impressed and completely satisfied by my experience.. My thanks go out to Justin especially. He was my main point of contact and was incredible from start to finish. Justin not only made sure I was comfortable as I waited, he also kept me abridged with timely updates in regards to the status of my vehicle. His coworker (I forget their name) was also incredibly welcoming and hospitable. While Justin was busy helping another guest, his coworker stepped in to make sure I was still taken care of, all without missing a beat 10/10 service. 8/10 amenities (I didn't take advantage of some of them) 6/10 speed of service 9/10 overall (heavily weighted because of the quality of Justin's service) Thanks, Eric E

Our 2020 CX 30 has been in for scheduled maintenance several times and for a repair of windshield wipers that were broken at the car wash and for a reprogramming of the radar sensors after running over a curb. Each time the car was in for service South Tacoma Mazda performed the service quickly and correctly. The service department is really high quality and above expectations.

Well worth the drive to Olympia, I just can't stress that enough! Frank was informative, patient, helpful and even took the time to send a personalized recording of the car delivered to my email the following morning. When I contacted them to come drive it, they had it out front and ready to go. Buying a car is hardly at the top of my list but Frank and the Olympia Mazda team made it easier than expected. Two thumbs up, go see them!
