Excellent customer service! This is our 5th car purchased at Sunset Ford, our son bought his truck from Sunset Ford, my parents have purchased their vehicles from Sunset Ford. They day we bought my Dodge Durango, my husbands boss came to Sunset Ford and bought a truck! We feel valued and appreciated when we are there, either making a purchase or routine maintenance. In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

Posiblemente lo recomiende, pero no a Jeff en (service department) me hace venir a 30 min de distancia como para venir solo para que no de solución al problema, al último minuto -cuando ya estoy en el dealer- me deja saber que tengo que dejar el carro por lo menos 2 dias, le dije: tendria que dejar mi trabajo, tuviste una semana desde que hice la cita para decirme que debía dejarlo y asi yo poder pensar que hacer. Me dice "es tu desicion" que hacer. Ciertamente ese guy no da soluciones.

Was in the dealership a couple of times letting them know what I was looking for. They let me know they had a vehicle I was interested in and would I take a look at it. I went in and much to my surprise it was just about the perfect vehicle we were looking for. Made them and offer, a little back and forth, we settled on a price I could live with. Good customer service and a salesman ( Marc Gadison) we could work with. Overall a great experince that you don't usually find at a dealership.
