Hello everybody where to even begin. All I have to say is the service and quality of the staff at Kendall Ford dealership here in Vancouver Washington ranging from the service department to sales department to the finance team. I cannot begin to say enough is beyond exceptional. They just didn’t get me into the vehicle of my dreams, but they went above and beyond anything I would’ve ever expected. Making me feel secure and comfortable and beyond happy with my experience with them. They had literally worked with me for a couple weeks to satisfy all my concerns. Assuring that my experience with them was just not a good one, but an exceptional one! They had taken the time to work with me and even communicate with me off hours to assure I was happy and satisfied with my purchase from them. They allowed me to come out of a lease agreement that I was obligated to which I was very concerned about. Followed with allowing me to purchase outright the vehicle instead, and even helping me find the lowest interest rate possible for the financing of the purchase of the vehicle. Beating out even my current bank of USAA. They truly showed me they did not care about the profit or the overhead but literally they’re only concern was to satisfy and make sure that I was 100% happy with my experience with them. I will certainly say Kendall Ford of Vancouver truly puts their customers, happiness and satisfaction of their experience, first and foremost above all else! I cannot say enough good things about the service department at Price Ford. Eric in the service department went out of his way to communicate with me about a recent issue with my Ford Explorer. He was extrememly gracious with a misunderstanding on my part! Rob Palmer created a solution for a part that needed to be replaced that exceeded my expectations. I have been impressed to experience the great customer service but I was excited to hear from Shane a recent hire there at Price Ford that this trend of caring for people extends to the employees.

I wish I can give them negative. To be honest what I experienced with this dealer is just discrimination!! I try to get new car from them through financing. My credit is excellent I make 11k a month, even they ask me for cosign and I bring my cousin who make about 15k a month. Some how they don’t want to sell to me because of my race/belief. The most surprising thing about them is they don’t tell you the same reason. Every time I talked to them. They told me different reasons. One time she told me you are not approved because you are CDL holder, what a joke? I asked them holding the CDL is nothing to do with me getting approved or denied. Of course I used to drive truck before. what is wrong with that? Then she try to explain to me that, I have to finance car and complete the payment and comeback to them to get approved from them. If I am not approved, I even add my cousin as my co-sign still they don’t want to sell it to me. They have racial discrimination and they should tell me that before they run my credit and my cousin credit!! Terrible experience, and unprofessional!!

Do yourself a giant favor and drive past Epic Ford, the advisors are dishonest and the technicians incompetent. My repair issues and warranty work necessitated staying with Epic, but i will NEVER bring any vehicle to them again.
