Excellent customer service! This is our 5th car purchased at Sunset Ford, our son bought his truck from Sunset Ford, my parents have purchased their vehicles from Sunset Ford. They day we bought my Dodge Durango, my husbands boss came to Sunset Ford and bought a truck! We feel valued and appreciated when we are there, either making a purchase or routine maintenance. In mid August 2025 I worked with a salesman named Dylan Parry and put down $1,000 on a used 2020 8 passenger van. I wish like heck I could have moved ahead with this purchase. I did not do my homework ahead of time for my new business start up was the problem. I needed a low interest SBA loan to make it workout. All my interaction with this dealership were very positive, even when I explained I could not complete my side of the sales agreement.

I wish I can give them negative. To be honest what I experienced with this dealer is just discrimination!! I try to get new car from them through financing. My credit is excellent I make 11k a month, even they ask me for cosign and I bring my cousin who make about 15k a month. Some how they don’t want to sell to me because of my race/belief. The most surprising thing about them is they don’t tell you the same reason. Every time I talked to them. They told me different reasons. One time she told me you are not approved because you are CDL holder, what a joke? I asked them holding the CDL is nothing to do with me getting approved or denied. Of course I used to drive truck before. what is wrong with that? Then she try to explain to me that, I have to finance car and complete the payment and comeback to them to get approved from them. If I am not approved, I even add my cousin as my co-sign still they don’t want to sell it to me. They have racial discrimination and they should tell me that before they run my credit and my cousin credit!! Terrible experience, and unprofessional!!
