Purchase process was fairly straight forward. Decent appraisal allowed on trade ins. Mostly disappointed with not given a second key. Was told it was probably lost. We were not told this and didn't find out until vehicle was purchased and we were handed the one key. If known in advance we would have negotiated this issue in the purchase price.

I experienced poor communication with Service Department and operator. The Service Manager worked with us to get the parts delivered quicker than expected. Communication with Ben was good. My biggest complaint deals with the mechanical work completed. The job was large, timely and expensive. The mechanic(s) left two hoses disconnected which lead to additional shop time and cost. Once I had my favorite shop complete the repair, the truck runs exceptionally well. My overall experience with this dealership was horrific and unacceptable.

Got a car 8/20/2022 and from the time we got it until now its in the show every few months and the warranty they sold us covers NOTHING just a scam to get you to pay more. They reset the engine codes for sale because after having problems we hooked the car up to read codes and it was a list of issues with the car. Power steering rod rusted the power steering fluid container was cracked and pump busted as well. But the biggest issue is the fact they sold a car where the EMC VIN didn't match rhe cars vin so the cars key couldn't be programmed and the steering lock is also broke. 3k to get fixed but would have been nice to know when buying the car. They didn't offer a car fax but should have walked away when we saw it was a bottom line "dealership". Save your money and go anywhere else especially if you want a reliable car. The cars look good on the outside but internally is a complete mess you will spend more fixing the car than it's worth the warranty they sell you doesnt cover anything major so skip that is really sucks find one on your own its guaranteed to be much better than what they offer. They don't care when you call to let them know the issue they tell you to call the dealership. Same your money and time and skip this place Victoria is the worst when it comes to customer service. Chances are car maybe stolen or junk parts from junk yard to hold the car together for a lil while.

Mr. Soto was the gentleman that assisted me with finding the vehicle I was looking. I found it and was tested driving it within fifteen minutes of being there. Mr. Soto have a good knowledge of vehicles and if he didn't know something he got an answer quickly. The other staff was helpful and polite. I would recommend Base Auto Sale to anybody looking for a vehicle.

I usually don’t write reviews but I have seen some negative reviews on Sullivan auto and wanted to provide my perspective. I will say that reading some of the negative reviews worried me as I went through the process but can say with confidence that they were a pleasure to do business with and I would definitely buy from them again. I live in Boston and was purchasing a 2020 Land Rover Discovery from them. The price was definitely the best I saw out there. But since I was buying remotely, they allowed me to get an independent mechanic to do a full inspection and the car came back with good marks (just some minor issues which Sullivan fixed). I was getting the car delivered to Charlottesville which Sullivan took care of and made it very seamless. We’ve only had the car for a couple of weeks but so far so good. The only issue I would bring up is sometimes it was hard to get in touch with people while going through the process and that extended the timeline out a bit but that was a relatively minor issue.

The sales manager, Travis, kindly showed me how to leave the keys to my car in the drop box for my scheduled repairs the following Tuesday. Jimmy in the service department provided a diagnostic via video, explaining the necessary work on my Mazda 3. Impressively, he arranged for a loaner vehicle almost immediately, a brand new CX-30, making the process seamless and stress-free. As I was leaving, Moe approached me, gave me his card, and offered his assistance in purchasing a vehicle if I was interested. Initially, I had no plans to buy a new car, but after learning about the required repairs, I reached out to Moe to explore my options. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and I explained my situation, unsure if there was a solution. To my surprise, Moe found a way for me to trade in my car and potentially get a new one. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I was in a better position than I initially thought.
