I purchased a used F-150 From Madison Ford 2 days ago and it was really the best car purchasing I'm ever had. I had been looking for the right truck for months and had a lot of dealerships waste a lot of my time. I just happened to be traveling past Madison and stopped to see what they had. I find the perfect truck and worked with Johnny to help me through the process. I really trusted Johnny, which says a lot in this industry. He worked really hard to make sure that we had a great experience and got exactly what we were looking for. I drove it Friday and came back Saturday to sign the papers. It took maybe two hours total including test driving, trade valuation (I got 4 prices for my trade and Madison was the highest by far), credit app and paperwork, and signing and driving home). It was really just an easy, stress free, process and I couldn't be happier. Everyone at the dealership was great including the finance person. I never once felt like it was me against them as I find typical when purchasing a car. I would love to buy all of my cars at this Dealership.

My wife's 2017 Subaru Impreza was having chronic issues with lights turning on in her instrument panel. I wrote Mandy Housley about the problem, made an appointment with technician Brad Ellmore, and he kept the car until the issues were completely resolved to our satisfaction. We have had no more problems with lights showing up on the instrument panel. That's the quality of the job at CMA's Subaru of Winchester, their job performance is directed to the client's satisfaction. I have to drive both our cars (we also own a Subaru Forester) more than an hour to CMA's Subaru of Winchester, even though there are closer Subaru dealerships. However good they may be, CMA's Subaru of Winchester has earned our loyalty and appreciation for their good work they do. Key word here is trust. Arkeem, Eric, and Povl all not only listened but understood our needs, wants, and concerns and addressed each of them. There was ZERO pressure to make a decision, it was clear they wanted a happy customer, not just a sale. Once we made our decision, paperwork was done quickly but not rushed. We actually laughed and enjoyed signing car loan documents😄. I’ve purchased Dodge, Kia, Ford, Subaru, and Hyundai from other dealerships but nothing beats the experience at Saffard Brown Hyundai.
