My 70-year-old mother recently purchased a used 2020 Toyota 4runner from Mechanicsville, Toyota with 15000 miles on it. She had it for 2 months and brought it in. For an oil change and they proceeded to recommend over $2500 worth of services. For a vehicle with hardly any miles on it. Being that she just bought it, and it's a certified used Toyota. You would assume that the dealership would service the vehicle and go through and replace anything that is needed before passing it on to one of their customers. I am very disappointed with this dealership and would not recommend them. to my worst enemy. Oh and not to mention this was after sitting in the waiting room for 4 hours for an oil change. And if you do a little research, you will find there are tons of negative reviews about Mechanicsville, Toyota

This dealership is outstanding! My sales person Tom B and the finance managers were the best! They were the only dealership that had the vehicle I wanted on their lot and I received a very fair price…. Unlike the other Toyota dealerships in the area trying to charge much more. A+++

Terrible people who don't want your business unless you're willing to bend over for them! Prices are ridiculously high and they are arrogant/obnoxious! Act like we s/b grateful for the privilege of buying one of their grossly overpriced cars! Shop around as it saved us thousands $$$ on new Toyota!
