Service Department needs assistance and development with customer service and how to offer great customer support and experience. It sucks to have to time off to get your vehicle serviced. I have to make money to pay for services so I have expectations just as you expect to be paid. Please offer coffee, free shuttle, let customers know the status of parts, etc but NEVER waste a customers time!

Service Department makes $3000 mistakes, or attempts to trick customers into making an unnecessary purchase. Does not offer Suzuki Warranty, and the warranty offered is very overpriced. Miller seems to be pulling out of the Suzuki dealer business. This action implies that they do not want, or care about servicing what they sell.
