The Mitsubishi Outlander was actually an afterthought in my search for a new vehicle. I don't remember what triggered my curiosity in the vehicle but I was very happy it was triggered. Adam was the salesperson I met and he was phenomenal. No pressure, no xx, just helpful when it came to my questions. His pleasant demeanor and his knowledge of the product helped make my buying decision easy. Can't thank him enough. Since I financed part of the sale price I also interfaced with Keith, another fine gentleman that made the final process easy. Thank goodness for a small, low pressure dealership!!

Service Department makes $3000 mistakes, or attempts to trick customers into making an unnecessary purchase. Does not offer Suzuki Warranty, and the warranty offered is very overpriced. Miller seems to be pulling out of the Suzuki dealer business. This action implies that they do not want, or care about servicing what they sell.
