Im very im pressed with this dealership ( Perfect Auto). I've been looking for a white pearl Nissan Altima for almost three years now. I finally found one, applied and received a phone call within thirty minutes. Salesman Walter Teal called me right away giving me more information regarding the vehicle and asking my many questions.. This dealerships very quick and well organized.. Its unbeatable Prices ... Superior Quality ... Professional Customer Service Great, friendly service. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Lack of compassion, leadership and mechanic knowledge - Lack of Compassion; Frustrated

Purchase the 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS car and picked it up on 6/2/2016. The car drove well on the test drive(s) and the day I drove it home. The days following my purchase, I started experiencing brake problems on the car. My sales Charles McCord instructed me to return the car and let their mechanics look at the car. 3-4 days later I took the car back and the mechanic claimed he didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary. Everything was normal. I told him he was incorrect. I do have enough general knowledge about the mechanics of vehicle to know what is normal and abnormal. The mechanic claimed he "greased the brakes/lubricated them" and turned the rotors. That was incorrect because you can not lubricate brakes..............Give it time and the brake dust should go away. FALSE!!!! Less than a week later, the exact same problem. I take it back again; they SUPPOSED to have put new brake pads/shoes on the back of the car because the sound is louder. I did not have to pay for any labor or parts. But I did pay to have the tires rotated and balanced. Everything sounded and looked good after waiting for hours. Once again,here we are on the 3rd week, I am right back with the same problem again; scrubbing and knocking sound coming from the back of the car.. These mechanics at the dealership are CLUELESS on how to properly diagnosis the problem. I called them on the morning of 6/27/2016; telling David for the 3x time about the problem. His solution was he did not know what to tell me, I was basically on my own. He tells me why don't I take it to a mechanic in NC. What??!!! It has not even been 30 days yet!!! David was sarcastic and did not care about me as a customer and the trouble it has brought to me. He did not care. I told him I had contacted NCDMV and Virginia DMV and my bank about the matter and possibly would be returning the car. He did not care. He told me to do what ever I needed to do. No Compassion at all. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My salesman Charles (Chili) was wonderful but the other salesman and mechanics are horrible!!!!

Life savers! - ubguilty

Kudos to your superb Service department. Our 2017 Azera engine overheating and we're on vacation 336 miles from home. Service representative Helen Reedy accommadated us with an emergency appointment the following morning. The staff along with the help of Tom Shaw had us on the road in a day and a half. We were able to salvage the remainder of our trip with a loaner car they provided! Thank you, Raul Torres Cross River,N.Y

Just had my first service with this dealership. While I had a fantastic experience buying a car here, the service experience was exceptional. ChiChi Ndeokwelu was phenomenal. It was well worth the two hour drive. I bypassed three closer dealers to come here and I have no regrets. ChiChi answered my questions and made it clear that I could contact him with any questions or concerns. It was like finding the best doctor. Sandy Jones in Sales was great, as well. Other dealers could learn from the way they treat people here. As a first time Honda owner, I am impressed. Thank you!

Today I visited Pohanka Lexus for both annual inspection and to add new front brakes. My wonderful and extremely active service rep Hetty Stoner greeted me in her usual euphoric smile and proactive professional demeanor. Again I had my worked upon by the excellent Camaou my African brother0-in-arms. Such a wonderful and outstanding mechanic. My 2014 ES 350 with 71,000 miles never looked better and drives even better. I always visit with Miss Tricia head of all Service and with General Manager Gary Whipkey. Pohanka is the diamond imperial of all dealerships and I love the vip treatment even though I am a normal customer who appreciates the quality professional product given to me each and every time since April 2014. Big Thumbs Up! Wow, the service department has really exceeded my expectations after a sudden fuel pump failure. For my titan, the fuel pumps have been on back order from nissan for quite sometime (and still are). The first replacement they sourced from another dealer out of state with fast shipping, but it was a dud, looks like the replacement fuel pump was defective because it only lasted me a day, and i had to return to the service department. I expressed my concerns to Riley the service manager , since my titan is my work truck, he listened and understood my concerns got me a loaner car and immediately got his team to source another new fuel pump from another nissan dealer in a different state, paid extra and overnighted the part to get my truck back on the road on time. That is what I call amazing customer service! Thank you Riley and your team!
