After having a terrible Sales experience years ago, I decided to give Rosenthal Jeep another chance for body shop service. My experience was even worse this time. after informing me that my Jeep was ready, I came to pick up my SUV, and there was still a dent in the door. Days later, after returning to Rosenthal, once again, I noticed that there was a dent in my front bumper (that was not there before). After speaking to the body shop Manager, he expressed in a very unenthused manner "it must have been hit in the lot". He did agree to fix the damage, but when I asked for some kind of gesture of discount toward the original repairs for my inconvenience and time away work, he said he needed to think about it, and would call me the next day. He never called. The manner in which this situation was handled is inexcusable. Mistakes happen, but there was no follow up, care or concern by the original Estimator handling the job or the Body Shop Manager. An Estimator named Andrew Ross was the only person who ever tried to help me. And my Jeep was more damaged after I left Rosenthal, then when I first brought it in. I will NEVER return to Rosenthal Jeep in Arlington. It's too bad, because I live less than 2 miles from there and they have lost a customer. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family about my experience. BEWARE of this dealer!

Update: After some email exchanges and a phone call with Brown's Hyundai management I have decided to rescore my original review. The Brown's management reached out immediately to get a full understanding of what happened and offered their sincere apology for my bad experience and inconvenience. I understand that some of this has to do with the current state of the economy which is beyond their control but I believe they are taking steps to improve the issues that they can control. Their genuine interest in correcting this shortcoming is the reason I will be returning to Brown's for my next service with high hopes that my experience will be much better. I was in for another oil change (free with a $30k purchase). I called ahead because the last few times I have been in I have waited 2 hrs so I wanted a loaner because I didnt have 2 hrs to spend. Anywhere else I can get one done in 30 min. And this is why we make appointments right? I was told they had no loaner but Carlos guaranteed they would take my car right back and get it done right away. When I got there I was told it would be 1.5 hrs. I informed them that Carlos promised to do it right away. I was told Carlos went home sick. Oh...they took my car right back alright! And I waited 1.5 hours. I have been servicing my vehicles at this dealership since 2002. Time to find a new dealership!!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly faces and felt supported by everyone I encountered. The sales manager, Travis, kindly showed me how to leave the keys to my car in the drop box for my scheduled repairs the following Tuesday. Jimmy in the service department provided a diagnostic via video, explaining the necessary work on my Mazda 3. Impressively, he arranged for a loaner vehicle almost immediately, a brand new CX-30, making the process seamless and stress-free. As I was leaving, Moe approached me, gave me his card, and offered his assistance in purchasing a vehicle if I was interested. Initially, I had no plans to buy a new car, but after learning about the required repairs, I reached out to Moe to explore my options. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and I explained my situation, unsure if there was a solution. To my surprise, Moe found a way for me to trade in my car and potentially get a new one. I was pleasantly surprised to discover I was in a better position than I initially thought. Moe and I looked at and test drove multiple cars, with Moe being extremely patient and supportive throughout the process. Rob, the finance manager, was spectacular, ensuring I was taken care of and received comprehensive coverage for my new car. Both Moe and Rob went above and beyond to calm my anxiety and make sure I was comfortable, asking if I needed anything throughout the day. In the end, I left with a premium CX-90 that I initially thought was out of reach. The entire experience was beyond my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with my new car. That same night, I unfortunately ended up with two flat tires after a trip into the city. Distressed, I had my car towed back to the dealership. Once again, the team at Safford Brown Mazda took care of me with kindness, ensuring I left fully satisfied with brand new tires. Overall, my experience at Safford Brown Mazda was exceptional. The manager was so helpful and professional on my latest service visit. When I couldn’t work on my laptop because of some issues with the Brown’s wireless working, they were genuinely apologetic. Despite the fact that sometimes technology has hiccups, they comped my oil change without my even suggesting it. Truly professional, I would recommend them to anyone. The staff is uniformly excellent to work with, the best dealership service department I have encountered in 30 years of car ownership.
