My husband and I purchased a mini van from here and - Fewfam

My husband and I purchased a mini van from here and within hours of driving off the lot the Check engine light came on and the van started driving really rough. We felt like we were out of options because the van was sold to us “as-is”. I called the dealership the next morning and explained our situation to Nash, who was just as concerned as we were. Nash took care of the problem almost immediately. He had the van towed back to the dealership the next day and quickly addressed the problem. He was very pleasant to work with throughout the entire process. I value and appreciate his willingness and concern to make things right. Also, shout out to Chris who we initially worked with prior to making our official purchase. He was also patient and pleasant to work with. Overall, I feel that the dealership deserves a 5 star rating. They don't push anything on you. They let you take your time and answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. Most importantly they take pride in what they do and are willing to make things right in circumstances that they don't necessarily have to. Also, this dealership has a wide selection and great prices.

Please do not buy a car from these people. - arntsonw

Please do not buy a car from these people. I tried to buy a 2012 tundra through them and paid a down payment of 2 thousand dollars. The loan was predatory of 23% percent and eventually got denied. When I took the truck back ALSO for having several cut, frayed, and exposed wires in the engine bay, rusted out suspension with black spray paint on top, rusted wheels with black spray paint on top, a leaking head gasket where you can see oil at seal where the gasket should be, transmission slipping, check engine light, and the light for the 4WD blinking, pretty much blown speakers, and the headlights didnt even work. I had the truck for 5 days and returned the truck because the loan got denied and for all the issues stated above. They are currently refusing to give me back my down payment stating there is no refunds. This car will not pass a safety inspection with the rusted suspension and the clear electrical issues. Please please please do not fall into the same trap I fell into. I have all the pictures of the issues and I will be meeting the police there to get my down payment of 2 thousand dollars back. The sale never got finalized and they are refusing to give me back my $2,000. They are not returning my calls and I even got hung up on by one of the sales associates. Please do not buy from these people.

I can't say enough great things about this dealership and - zkeefer24

I can't say enough great things about this dealership and the entire team. I recently purchased a BMW X3 M Competition from out of state, traveling from Massachusetts to Virginia, and the entire experience was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. First off, this wasn't just any vehicle. It was a highly desirable X3 M Competition in an incredible color combination a hot car that was getting plenty of attention. Buying a vehicle like this from hundreds of miles away requires a certain level of trust, and this team earned mine from day one. They were extremely responsive, provided every photo, video, detail, and piece of information I requested, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. They accepted my deposit and agreed to hold the vehicle for approximately a week until I could make the trip down. What impressed me most was that they honored that commitment despite receiving multiple other offers on the car. As a Special Forces veteran, integrity, honor, and keeping your word are principles I take seriously. When someone gives me their word, I expect them to stand behind it. This dealership did exactly that. They could have easily entertained other offers, but instead, they stood by their commitment. That tells me everything I need to know about the character of the people I was doing business with. Their customer service went above and beyond the actual sale. They even offered to arrange an Uber to pick me up from the airport when I landed. They also offered to have the vehicle shipped directly to me in Massachusetts, which is a fantastic option for anyone purchasing from out of state who can't make the trip. Personally, I'm a car guy, and there was no way I was passing up the opportunity to drive that X3 M Competition home myself. And speaking of being a car guy, I know exactly what I want when I'm buying a vehicle, and I absolutely hate wasting time. I don't want to spend half a day sitting in a dealership, dealing with unnecessary back-and-forth, surprises, or games. I came with my own financing already arranged, and these guys respected my time. From the moment I walked through the door to the moment I drove away, I was there for maybe one hour total. That's how buying a car should be. Most importantly, the vehicle was exactly as described. No surprises, no disappointments, no excuses. Everything they told me about the car was accurate, and everything they promised was delivered. I've dealt with plenty of dealerships over the years, and I can tell you that this level of honesty, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail is not something you find everywhere. They didn't just sell me an incredible vehicle. They demonstrated integrity, respected my time, and earned my trust. To me, that means more than any sales pitch ever could. Whether you're local or buying from halfway across the country, don't hesitate to do business with this team. They'll provide the information you need, help coordinate transportation, arrange shipping if necessary, and make the entire experience as seamless as possible.

AWFUL experience! - Robert Fitzgerald

AWFUL experience! Had made an appointment two weeks in advance for 10:00am on a Friday. I had called back to confirm days before and ask how long the appointment would last. I was told 1 hour. Well, I arrived 5 minutes early, my vehicle was taking inside and sat for almost 30 minutes. I kept walking over to the window to see if anyone was attending to it. Nope! At 1 hour 10 minutes I asked the service advisor Daniel Cole how much longer and was told the oul change take 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours???? I told him what I was told on the phone and he could care less. Finally got my car 1 hour 40 minutes and paid the bill and left. After reviewing the bill I noticed it stated fluid top off, courtesy car wash, tire rotation. None of these items had been completed! This is fraudulent to list in writing that you performed services and actually didn't! I sent an email to Daniel the day after and after I complained to someone from the home home office he called. I reviewed my concerns with him. He made excuses that the car wash wasnt installed? They overlooked the fluids?? And the tires were confirmed to have been rotated. We'll the air pressure in all 4 tires was the same as when I took it. One was 2 pounds lower and still on the same side of the car as when I took it there! But it was confirmed to have been done! Horrible dealership! Beware

Joe Anwari, the owner of this dealership, is a wonderful - mabijibo

Joe Anwari, the owner of this dealership, is a wonderful person, and showed me everything I asked about regarding the car I just bought from him. He had very clear records that showed all of the maintenance that had been done on the car, and he gave me a very good deal. If I need a car in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from him again! Five stars!!!!

As a customer and a professional in the automotive - usmilret

As a customer and a professional in the automotive industry. Very impressed with how Chad’s exterior and interior layout warm and inviting to a potential customer. Trust me on this because nothing was out of place or looked neglected. His inventory of cars being offered for sale were of higher than normal quality that I would expect from a used car salesman. I expected to see a couple of the lower quality automobiles around and there were none to be seen. He explained to me that he was carrying on the family business and I will tell. You that in this kind of business experience passes on through a generation on to the next one. It was an honor and a privilege to speak to him. I have had more than my fair share of shady dealers in the past and Chad henry is not one of them. After driving for an hour and a half it sure wasn’t a waste of my time to come and see him for a potential sale with that being said I highly recommend his business to anyone. Especially the younger and vulnerable who’s only desire is to purchase some dependable transportation.

Updated Review - JP4KNE

Porsche owner for more than 10 years. First time experience with a used car dealer. Great inventory selection. After an initial misunderstanding resolved, I am pleased to recommend this dealer.

I would like to say that I am one of those people who... - jhormuth

I would like to say that I am one of those people who rarely write reviews, so for me to take time out of a busy day to do so means that something must have really moved me. To start let me give you a little information as to how I view things so you will understand where I am coming from. First and for most the most part I am a realist, meaning I understand how thing are and know they are not always going to be perfect. Second customer service and attitude are huge in my purchasing experience, and will cause me to keep going back to the same place time and time again. Third is how a company handles its issues and deals with its customers during that time. With all that given let me tell you about my purchasing experience. I was looking for a car for my wife and I just to enjoy, a third vehicle for weekend trips and such. I managed to find an extremely nice 04 BMW 330Ci, convertible; it was a one owner, local vehicle that had never been in an accident. I did a fair amount of research on this car and local (within 300 miles) competitors. After all my research I found that my best purchase was right here, 6.7 miles from my house at Select Automotive. Mr. Loizou, the owner Select Automotive, had his inventoried 04 BMW priced thousands less than his competition and an amazing sales staff to boot. That brought me into a win, win situation by choosing Select Automotive. The 04 BMW was in great shape and I am extremely happy with my purchase. I still have about 1500 dollars worth of work to do and make it my own, but that is for new rims, Halo headlights, and things of that nature. Even with that additional money I am still 1500 dollars cheaper then the next closest competitor. That sounds like a victory everyday of the week. I knew going into this process that any car I bought would have something that I would change or need to fix for my liking. I am buying a Pre-Owned car and saving thousands from new car prices. If I wanted it to be perfect, just like I wanted, I would have ordered it brand new from the factory and spent four times as much. Bottom line, George Loizou has built a great dealership in, Select Automotive, and has put together a fine staff led by Carter Bell, Craig Beldo, and George Small. They have and sell great Pre-Owned cars at great prices and take care of their customers. If you read negative comments or hear bad things on these folks, be cautious of how much you believe. These guys bend over backwards to help people and put trust in people whose track record says they shouldn’t. Select gave me great customer service, had a winning, friendly attitude and has earned a customer for years. As I said in the beginning, I rarely write reviews but felt compelled to sing the praises of these folks. Wish I saw this in more places.

Top Gear Motors responded quickly to all my questions. - Betsy

Top Gear Motors responded quickly to all my questions. They were honest and fixed a small part on my car prior to purchase. It was a positive experience, and I would recommend them.

There was not an option for zero stars or I would’ve - Julia

There was not an option for zero stars or I would’ve chosen it. Beware. This place is sketchy. I purchased a vehicle for my daughter - I was given a VA inspection certificate that passed everything. We then noticed the battery light on and a notification on the vehicle screen that battery power is low. Sean told me it was no big deal and he would send me “a $5 dollar part” (harness) that the mechanic broke when changing the battery. We’ve never received it and after much back and forth and empty promises of sending the part he told my husband to quit contacting him. The battery is also the wrong size and we’re having to replace that as well ourselves. When we brought the vehicle home my husband immediately noticed the tires were dry rotted. Sean and his uncle the owner promised to send us a check to pay for new tires, then rebuffed, and then blamed the inspection site and forced us to deal with them to get proper tires. We ended up getting new tires on our own because we were afraid they would not put decent tires on it after all the issues we’ve had. Bottom line is the car shouldn’t have passed inspection whatsoever. There’s some shady relationships with this dealership and the local inspection stations. We have also contacted the VA state police who told us they had this business and others along this highway in Stafford on their radar. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

This is a great dealership, and the salesman Morris knows - Nechelle

This is a great dealership, and the salesman Morris knows a lot about the inventory. It was a pleasure working with him. The building was clean and smelled good. It made us feel comfortable while discussing business.

Excellent, responsive personnel - MaS0nG1213

OneStop was helpful, friendly and no hassle. I would recommend checking out their inventory. Charisma was very helpful in answering my questions and with the purchase.

The salesman was nice enough but the car did not meet my - MarionHolloway

The salesman was nice enough but the car did not meet my expectations. However, based on the asking price, I should not have expected anything nicer. It was raining and they did not have umbrellas. The salesman did not meet us at the specified time, but that was not really a problem because the car was nothing like what I had hoped to find so we left without seeing the salesman. The building was unimpressive with a shattered entrance door and generally worn out look which does not instill confidence.

757 Auto Brokers is an incredible dealership. - ohsoftsky

757 Auto Brokers is an incredible dealership. They are trustworthy and honest, they offer great deals, they are flexible and friendly. They are a local small business and they really focus on the individual customer. I had the choice between multiple great quality, well-maintained cars in my price range, and I saw that there were similar options for other price ranges as well. I was worried to be trying to buy a car, but Julia put at ease immediately! She never pushed me to pay more for a car than was in my budget, and when showing me cars even accounted for DMV fees and state tax so I wouldn't be stuck with an unexpectedly too high final cost. She never rushed me in my decision-making and made sure to really explain all of my options to me. She never over-promised, and always made sure to stick to the facts when talking about the details of the car. When a pre-sale inspection revealed a couple of minor cosmetic issues with the car, 757 Auto Brokers were quick and efficient about getting them fixed. They never even mentioned the idea of charging me for the issues. They even offered to adjust my buyer's contract to include mention of the cosmetic issues so I could buy the car sooner and bring it back for the touch-ups and still feel safe knowing I wouldn't be charged unfairly. My saleswoman, Julia, was incredibly kind and friendly, as well as competent and knowledgeable. I have now been driving my car around for a week, and it is an absolute dream. I would recommend this business to absolutely everybody looking for a used car! I truly cannot recommend them highly enough!
