Blind Spot sensors were faulty. 4 times had in for service. Finally blamed a small scratch which voided the warranty. Charged me for the service. Promised loaners and once out of 4 times did they supply.

Had a complete misunderstanding with Range Rover Roadside - Wounded Warrior

Had a complete misunderstanding with Range Rover Roadside Assistance and Berglund Luxury of Roanoke. It was everyone's understanding that Roadside Assistance was taking care to reunite the vehicle with the owner. Well the dealership after jumping through hoops made this happen. Just was to THANK TOM SLOAN and BRENNAN VILE for ,making this happen. The reason this customer prefers this dealership is the SERVICE. Anyone anywhere can sale you a vehicle and its the greatest day ever. But returning customers come back due to Service. Also, Tom Sloan THANK YOU for your SERVICE to this country, I truly hope that Range Rover Roadside Assistance reimburses for the reunite cause its the right thing to do. In the future anyone getting Roadside Assistance before anything make sure the dealership and Roadside Assistance is on the same page is all cause the cost should not be on the dealership!!

I just realized that I reviewed the Berglund Ford Dealership. Although it's close to the Mazda dealership, I went to the Mazda dealtership in Salem, Virginia, not the Ford Dealership. Please read my comments in my review for the (mistaken service center) Berglund Ford Dealership!

Their Service SUCKS! - Joe

This list is very long. They get high marks on sales (John Fano is great), but their service sucks! I have bought 5 cars from Berglund, but I will never buy another one! They don't stock tires for their hybrid cars. I've had 2 flats in 2 different hybrids, they didn't stock the tires for either car I had to order 1 from the internet! They only have ONE hybrid certified technician! (REALLY, JUST 1!) So if you need service on your hybrid car when he's not there, as I just did, you have to wait until he returns (even if the service isn't on the hybrid part of the car, mine was gas lines and fuel tank). I brought the car in on July 9 and picked it up on the 28th! The Service Manager (Wil) promised to keep me informed, I never heard from him unless I stopped by, until the car was done! Then, to top it all off, they stopped giving the senior discount! I did some research on them, they only have a 2.5 star rating for service! I'd never be happy with a rating like that in my business! How can they sleep at night! Oh, I know they're rich and they can afford sleeping pills! Bye bye Bergland, I'll not be back!

Run!! DO NOT BUY fromt this dealer nor get services from them. I bought a car from these crooks and within minutes out of the lot, all xxxx broke loose. My panel lighted up like a christmas tree (okay, mabey exaggerated a little) Took it back and it took so long to fix that I forgot I even bought the car. Anyhow, at the end, half of the problems got it fixed and the other half? They just kept giving me all execuses and at the end, they just refuse to fix it anymore. My opinion? Crooks. These are the crooks ppl always warn you about and you never thought it would happen to you. My suggetion is if you are thinking about buying or getting yoru car fixed? Save yourself some trouble, $1k-2k more, get it from elsewhere, you will be A LOT better off. If you do, then be careful of these things 1) Check the car yourself! Test drive it, take a look at the service lights, seat belt, all the little things (they tend to stick a duct tap under somewhere to fool you.. yeah.. can't believe that huh?) 2) Make sure yo don't sign a paper with no "dealer warranty".. they will fool you to sign a contract, folded and hided the fact they sold you a "AS-IS" warranty. REVEIEW YOUR that part of the contract about warranty!!! 3) Do buy a third party warranty.. just because they sell xxxxty cars. This is one thing they are not trying to charge you for nothing. Cuz they know you will need to fix a lot stuff 4) lastly? before you drive it out of the lot? Make sure it's full gas? cuz they are just cheap 5) oh, this is the last one, DON"T SIGN contract if there is anything wrong with it. If you believe what they say like "oh, that's small thing, we'll get you fixed"..DON"T BELIEVE THEM.

This review is for the service dept. Debbie stack is AWESOME! Not only did this dealer take care of all of the issues i had with the car but they also did the state inspection and updated the software for free. Debbie is very professional and kind on the phone. She called back every time i left a message, even if there wasnt much to say. When they finally did the warranty / out of warranty work on the car it was done in just a few days and she invoiced it out immediately so i could pick up the day it was done. The work the dealer did was also spot on. Very clean, everything they touched looks brand new and untouched. Excellent workmanship! Thanks again for the awesome service and i'll definitely be coming back if i need anything else.

Gary Spencer is the man who coordinated two service visits for me recently. I've had my BMWs serviced at this dealership for almost 25 years. During that period I've had several professional and helpful staff members. Gary was one of the best, perhaps THE best, service coordinator in all that time. He went out of his way to make sure every problem was taken care of. I could not be more pleased.

I’ve (somewhat unfortunately) had to visit BMW of Fairfax Collision Center several times over the past 18 months to have various body damage repaired. Every time the experience has been beyond phenomenal. While the quality and timeliness of the repairs is excellent, what really stands out is the customer service. Whether it’s been to push my insurance company to authorize having the car repaired the right way (rather than the cheapest way) or helping me deal with the results of my own inability to drive without bumping into stuff, the staff has always been professional, friendly, and very helpful. I normally wouldn’t look forward to visiting a body shop, but I always enjoy visiting the BMW of Fairfax Collision Center...BMW of Fairfax’s regular service center could definitely learn from them. Ian and Henry have both helped me, with both being excellent!!
