It's one thing to but a car, but the service department really shows a dealer's character. The guys in the service department have always shown tremendous care and professionalism. I'm going to give a HUGE shot out to Sean Folk. He's ALWAYS done a tremendous job in taking care of me and goes well above and beyond. I genuinely look forward to making the trek to Fredericksburg to catch up with Sean. He now feels like family. The two times I serviced outside of this dealership was at Jiffy Lube and Auto Giants Mitsubishi. Both times, I've had to bring it back to Shirley Slack to have them fix things that those places messed up....Dave also gave excellent customer service as well, so thank you Dave!

This is honestly the best service I’ve had of any dealership. I had an appointment for an oil change at 10 a.m. I showed up late and they still had me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. They are always very informative, they never try to pressure you on any services. All of the techs/mechanics are very friendly and clearly well trained. I drive an hour and a half from FarmVille to have my service done by them, if that tells you anything.

My 2019 Lincoln Navigator L experienced trans failure as I pulled into my driveway. I had my car towed to Ted B. Lincoln Chantilly for review/service. I informed them that I would like my car repaired under the TB Engine/Powertrain for life warranty. My Service advisor/Brandyn proceeded to write up my service history and process my claim. Brandyn had provided me with a loaner and kept me informed along the way where we were in the approval process. The approval took a little time but once approved my transmission along with all the associated items that goes along with this task was replaced and covered 100%, My car is back on the road, drives like new. I cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with Teb Britt and their Service Department. Ted Britt has built a Flagship Dealership in Chantilly and I'm proud to be a new family member for life. My suggestion to people in the market for a Lincoln, make Ted Britt your first and last stop in your search.

I was visiting from out of when my vehicle broke down. It was a Saturday, I called the dealership told them my problem. They were super helpful. Drive axle was broken, warranty thank goodness, parts were order the following Monday. When part got to them, my vehicle was fix and I was on my way. Paul and everyone I spoke with were great. Here I was from out of state and they made feel like I was a neighbor and right at home. Thank you Paul.
