I purchased my Jeep here last year. The experience was nothing short of superb then. I recently returned because I thought I had a gas leak. Service was closed, but a sales person said he would take a look because I was unsure. Just the fact that they were willing to take a look and help me out when I really needed it meant everything. They had no idea that I would usually ask my Dad to take a look, but could not because he has been in the hospital for a month. It is the little things that matter in life. Thank you to this sales rep for going above and beyond. It made a bad day a little brighter.

I brought my car in for the 100,000 mile AC service. When I left, I felt very cold even with the settings in the same position I had left them! I realized I had to keep turning the settings down because it was very cool air. The technician did a wonderful job, I just wished I had asked for his/her name. I am going to from now on! Working with Waylon is always such a pleasure!!! Even behind the mask, you can see the great smile. I trust him which I have only said of one other service representative in my 50 years of owning a car. Thank you!

We have been there a few times, first it was to see what Hyundai had to offer in SUV's & there was NO pressure. We left and checked around to see what was available and at what price point other dealers had what we were looking for. After doing our homework & talking to Mike Spease on the phone several times, we decided to come in, test drive & have them evaluate our car for a possible trade in! We knew what we wanted to pay and left with a 2017 Santa Fe thanks to the Mike, his finesse in "getting the deal done"! Samantha & Gregory respectively were very great! I purchased 2 used vehicles from Pearson pre-owned. Within 6 months, I have had to take in one of my vehicles into the shop twice because the check engine light came on. I was "taken to the cleaners" when they told me what was wrong and instead of paying close to a thousand dollars (which is what they said it would cost to fix it) I paid a few hundred at another auto shop. I even pay extra a month to get their "high-end" warranty. What a crock! Don't shop here unless you want to have issues. Their customer service is horrible and my wife has been treated rudely and even hung up on by their staff, simply for trying to get in touch with the service department.

Lack of compassion, leadership and mechanic knowledge - Lack of Compassion; Frustrated

Purchase the 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS car and picked it up on 6/2/2016. The car drove well on the test drive(s) and the day I drove it home. The days following my purchase, I started experiencing brake problems on the car. My sales Charles McCord instructed me to return the car and let their mechanics look at the car. 3-4 days later I took the car back and the mechanic claimed he didn't see or hear anything out of the ordinary. Everything was normal. I told him he was incorrect. I do have enough general knowledge about the mechanics of vehicle to know what is normal and abnormal. The mechanic claimed he "greased the brakes/lubricated them" and turned the rotors. That was incorrect because you can not lubricate brakes..............Give it time and the brake dust should go away. FALSE!!!! Less than a week later, the exact same problem. I take it back again; they SUPPOSED to have put new brake pads/shoes on the back of the car because the sound is louder. I did not have to pay for any labor or parts. But I did pay to have the tires rotated and balanced. Everything sounded and looked good after waiting for hours. Once again,here we are on the 3rd week, I am right back with the same problem again; scrubbing and knocking sound coming from the back of the car.. These mechanics at the dealership are CLUELESS on how to properly diagnosis the problem. I called them on the morning of 6/27/2016; telling David for the 3x time about the problem. His solution was he did not know what to tell me, I was basically on my own. He tells me why don't I take it to a mechanic in NC. What??!!! It has not even been 30 days yet!!! David was sarcastic and did not care about me as a customer and the trouble it has brought to me. He did not care. I told him I had contacted NCDMV and Virginia DMV and my bank about the matter and possibly would be returning the car. He did not care. He told me to do what ever I needed to do. No Compassion at all. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. My salesman Charles (Chili) was wonderful but the other salesman and mechanics are horrible!!!!

Worst Subaru Service Team in Hampton Roads! - outback_tm

This was hands down the WORST experience I've ever had at a dealership! I came in with a fairly serious transmission related check engine light. The Service Advisors never asked about whether I had alternative transportation after leaving my Outback in their care, never called when they said they would AND acted annoyed when I had the audacity to call in and ask for an update. It took 3 days for a diagnosis, an unnecessary transmission fluid drain and replace, and a $7500 estimate on a full transmission replacement that also wasn't needed. Before presenting the estimate, the Service Advisor asked me "how much do you love your car?" Seriously?! Turns out, when performing a recall on my windshield wipers, they broke a few parts and never told me; only noticed when they printed the repair order and I saw they used additional parts. To top it off, when I picked up my Outback to take it to a dealer that actually cares about their customers, the Technician who "worked" on my car asked for my keys so he could look for a wrench that he left in my engine. You guys have some serious work to do. This is the type of customer experience that gives dealerships a bad reputation.

Horrible work, will never return to this dealership, had a simple oil change done my 2003 corvettea few months back and they charged me around 300$ and i had to get over half of it refunded. it was time for a change again, i decided to do it myself this time since i am a tech myself and had time. I ended up bending a 15mm wrench trying to get an oil plug loose that should be torqued to 15 ft lbs. When i called about it they tried to charge my 60$ and soonest they can schedule is tuesday to resolve this problem so i went to the dealership in person raising xxxx and they changed their mind now i can come in Saturday at 9( the next day) which is fine, i just want my oil changed without breaking my oilpan at my expense for anothers mistake. Long story short i show up they get my oil changed and charge me 40ish dollars for labor which is fine i understand techs are there to make money, but this time on my invoice they have the wrong milage on my car, says they reset my oil life monitor which is a lie i reset myself showing it had 12% left after the oil change and no sticker for my next time to change. Its absolutely absurd to me GM cant properly do a quick oil change on their own vehicles correctly at a dealership

It took over a month to get the timing fixed and drove it home only to find out timing was off. Never got a return call from them. Finally made an appointment only to find out the parts had come in two weeks ago and was never updated or called. I recommend going elsewhere for repairs.
