I am very disappointed with the service. Our Equus has been in the service department for almost 4 weeks and they still don't know what is wrong with it. We were told they could not get to it the first week. The second week they called and asked for permission to perform additional diagnostics which totaled over 500 dollars. Week 3 we were told they had not had a chance to look at it again, but they were going to. Week 4 we have still not received a call concerning our vehicle. I ask for the General Manager's mailing address, if different from the business mailing address, and I was told no mail is delivered to the actual store but to their accounting department. I was also told I could not have the P. O. Box mailing address unless it was authorized. I am waiting for the General Manager to return my call.
