I was visiting from out of when my vehicle broke down. It was a Saturday, I called the dealership told them my problem. They were super helpful. Drive axle was broken, warranty thank goodness, parts were order the following Monday. When part got to them, my vehicle was fix and I was on my way. Paul and everyone I spoke with were great. Here I was from out of state and they made feel like I was a neighbor and right at home. Thank you Paul.

We are from New York driving an RV towing a Jeep Cherokee. Our travels took us to Richmond, VA. The day after arrival our Jeep developed problems that couldn’t be totally fixed with a battery jump. A gentlemen at our campground recommended the Whitten Brothers Jeep/Chrysler Dealership. Excellent advice as it turned out! We called immediately and the live voice of Ash answered the phone. She recommended coming right in and someone would look at it. We couldn’t be happier with the service and attention we received from Tracy and Brent in the Maintenance Department. As busy as they were they were able to work us in with the possibility of having to leave it for a couple of days. That’s when Margaret stepped in from the Sales Department to help us in case we needed a rental car. As it turned out Brent discovered the problem and it was fixed and we were able to be on our way! We sincerely appreciate the efficiency, friendliness and support we received from all the personnel we encountered at Whitten Brothers. How fortunate your area is to have such an amazing business in the Richmond area. Many many thanks to Whitten Brothers…..YOU ROCK!!!

Brought my Corvette in for an oil change and inspection. While there the check engine light came on briefly so I had to leave my car there so this could be checked. The light went off and after several attempts at starting the engine the light never came back on. Kaitlyn Ussery, the service advisor, was very diligent in trying to get the light to come back on and kept me informed all through the process. She is very professional and friendly and explained to me what the likely issue was but that it couldn't be addressed unless the check engine light came back on. I appreciate the efforts put forth by Kaitlyn and the Coevette service tech. Will Jordan. I appreciate the care that Loyalty Chevrolet provides.
