Stay away from this dealership if you need any type of repairs. Brought my car in for a CEL emissions issue, that should of been covered under warrant, and was quoted almost $1k to maybe fix the issue. Incompetent technicians who just want to throw parts onto vehicles without having the proper DTC codes. Dealership doesn't even have a Service Manager. Honda should be ashamed of this franchise. Great place to purchase a vehicle though. I have purchased multiple vehicles from the sales department. Maybe they should just close the Service department.

Came for state inspection, oil change, and whatever is needed at 22,000. She introduced me to a sales manager who introduced me to a sales representative. He showed me a 2023 Santa Fe and 2024 Tucson. Costs were presented without pressuring me to buy or lease.

I have had several of my cars repaired at several other places before but from now on Woodall will be my first to go. The customer service was great. Jim look after my car like was his , great body work from fender to fender. No problem in getting my free rent car for my wife. She was very impressed on the service that we recieved. David Beach

Very poor after-sales service. I bought a part and it was obviously miscoded, it arrived with the correct part number but the part was not the correct one. When I tried to make the claim they responded that it was out of time, which was not true. I only wanted to change the piece since it had been the dealer's mistake and I couldn't get it. I will never go to that dealer to buy something, I will use other channels.
