Be aware of discrepancies in their servicing department prices. This dealership has the highest prices in the area and they will lie to get you to drop off your vehicle.
I called the Kia dealership in Manassas and Ourisman Chantilly to schedule my first service appointment. I was able to get a time that worked better at Ourisman Chmatilly Kia, however their price (249.99) for the 8,000 mile service was significantly higher than the Kia dealership at Manassas. When I inquired what services were done and realized it was identical, the female at Ourisman Chantilly Kia stated the service would be $160 and she can give me a $10 coupon. I agreed to bring in my Telluride to them and when I arrived to confirm the price, the service front desk employee Aaron stated that he didn't know where I got my information from but that the cost would be $249. I showed him the email that stated I had spoken to them about pricing and he called over his manager and told him I "supposedly" was told $160. I didn't appreciate the tone which intersection I was lying when clearly it was documented on email. They kept asking for a name which I didn't have, but had proof of the email trail. This dealership is expensive, but more importantly, do a poor job of training their employees in the service department. The manager was even less helpful and took no interest in verifying the email that was sent to me. He indicated he would do an oil change and tire rotation for $160 but not the entire maintenancefir the quoted price, which I ultimately agreed to due to my short schedule.
I would recommend caution, asking lots of questions on price breakdown when dropping off your vehicle here or better yet going to a different dealership servicing station.
