Worst Porsche Service in the Country - Porsche15
I have been driving Porsche cars for about 15 years. However, I never buy from Euroclassics, as they are never willing to work with you, since they feel like they have a monopoly on Porsche cars in Richmond area. They don't realize you can buy a Porsche over the phone in many other dealers within 100 mile radius. However, what is worse, is their service department! In many occasions I have had to call the Porsche Customer Service to complain as they do not fix your car while it's under warranty. And to make matters worse, Ralph, service advisor, is extremely rude. I think they will need to be thought a lesson in customer service if they are going to succeed in their business. Try to avoid this dealership if you can.
