The parts department prices are absolutely ridiculous compared to every other Porsche dealership I've been to even after my PCA discount. The "manager" seemed unwilling and unmotivated to put in any sort of effort that required thinking. I'll just stick to buying online from now on

I was just passing through, on my way to Florida, and my check engine light came on. They were able to fit me in, while I waited. It ended up being a 3 hour repair. They supplied me with a car to wonder around Charlottesville with while they repaired it. It was a pleasant experience on what could have been an end to my planned trip. They were very accommodating.
