May 22nd I traded truck for Santa Cruz. The dealer was supposed to to pay off loan. After a few weeks I started getting collection calls , when I went was told by dealership pay off site was down for 3 weeks. I finally received payoff paperwork 2 days ago. At time of purchase I asked about adding tow pkg was told it would be around 400 & advised not to wrap it into the purchase. When I called to schedule I paid 986. Went in today to have it done & had to pay additional 508 in labor. None of this was communicated. Will not return to be ripped off anymore

I recently purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra Se and I love it. The salesman was friendly and helpful. It took a couple of days before everything was in order, but he didn’t give up until I got an approval.
