I normally don't write reviews but I feel this one needs to be done I recently had a issue with my truck I contacted Wayne in the service dept He went above and beyond and had my truck in the next day He and his mechanic Chris dx the problem in a short time and determined it was crucial need to fix item for safety Wayne kept me informed through out the whole procedure and let me know that it was going to be a little more than suggested cost Which I am fine with The service dept was nothing but courteous and professional I was never talked down to and was treated with respect My whole experience from start to finish was nothing but great They have earned a come back customer from here on out To many times these big dealerships feel they can rake you over the coals You wont find that here dealing with these folks I highly recommend checking them Out big shout out to Chris the mechanic ! and the rest as well Thanks Ernie Frost

Ray provided kind & professional service quickly. We were travelling and Ted Green Ford welcomed us and our 2 dogs - My dogs were welcomed with some treats and they even provided us with a ride to go and get a rental car. I went to Barrette's with low hopes of being able to get out of the car I was in due to the negative equity. But Sara not only got me thousands more for my trade than what any other dealer would give, she went even farther and got another $500 for it, bringing me within $1,000 of what I owed.
