AVOID this dealership! - Horrified buyer

AVOID this dealership! They took 3 months to deliver title for a used car while 1-1/2 months is the maximum allowed by law. After paying them the full asking price for the car, they screened my phone calls and did not reply to emails, nor certified letters to the owner, nor respond to visits from officers of the Utah motor vehicle division. They remain poised to do the same to you. Buying a car became a highly stressful experience with Southern Utah Auto Sales after the paperwork was signed.

We went to buy a car, less than 30 hrs engine blow out, dealer didn't want to do anything about it. we try to talk to them but they told us to get out or they will call the cops! We loose our trade-in plus 2 thousand dollar and $10K loan, $600 on towing company... AND A CAR WITH NO ENGINE!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

II assumed because most of the vehicles are high end, that this business also took care of their vehicles or sold them after making them better... I directly asked the salesperson I originally spoke to what issues this vehicle had before paying $300 to have it brought to Bountiful from St George and his response was "Nothing wrong with this vehicle" Then I asked the salesperson at the Bountiful location if I had issues, can I bring the car back... I was told "NO". This car had a lot of problems. Most of them minor problems, but I feel like I was mislead and purchased one of their junk cars. The convertible top has not came down once since I have owned it (purchased in Oct 2017) except for the time I took it back to the dealership and had them do it for me, since then, it will not come down. When I sent a text to the salesperson, he said he didnt believe me that it was the second time I tried it. ITS OCT IN UTAH.... I DONT KNOW IF YOU KNOW THIS BUT ITS NOT TOP DOWN WEATHER... (well, at this point it was November) The rear tie rod ends need to be replaced, the top has a huge rip on the inside, the cover over the speaker was taped on and the cover over the center console was just placed there, it is not attached. I don't care what all these reviews say about this business, Im not impressed. After my previous car purchase, I guess I had very high expectations of a "specialties" dealership. I should have figured once I actually got to their establishment and seen their inventory. I would definitely recommend Dave Strong for a BMW or any other type of vehicle, not these guys!

Don't ever try to buy a motorcycle from this company. I had cash in my pocket and was ready to buy a Demin Black 2013 Road Glide Custom from them last month. The motorcycle sounded and looked great, but they wanted me to buy the bike first before I could test ride it. They promise that after I bought the bike I had a "1 HOUR" to ride it and if I found something wrong or didn't like it. To just bring it back in that time frame and they would rip up the contract and give me my money back. We all know that once a dealer or saler gets the money and has a contract. All sales are final. WHAT FULL WOULD BUY A VEHICLE WITH OUT TEST DRIVING IT. Simply put this company will rip you off if they get the change. Never buy anything from them. On the other hand. Because of this situation I had with SS Auto Brokers in Ogden Utah. I found a newer, nicer, more equipped And mileage 1/4 what the there road glide had. for only $300 more than what they were asking

The worst experience I’ve ver had with a dealership. I HAVE TEXT EVIDENCE OF EVERYTHING AS WELL! Ulysses and Marty (the manager) sold me an F-150 on Wednesday. I was texting and calling them throughout the prior week to coordinate the details for picking up the truck (I had to fly out from SF). On Wednesday Ulysses and I agreed that once he ran my credit check they would take the car off the market. I gave them permission to run the credit check, Ulysses texts me back and says it all looks great and that the car will be taken off the market. At that point I coordinated with two of my friends to fly out with me, rented a car, bought all the plane tickets and locked everything in for the trip out Friday morning. I texted and told Ulysses I was booking this trip now and he responded “Great! What time do you arrive on Friday?” By the next morning I was notified via text that they sold the truck to someone else. I ruined my friends plans, lost all the money and have a hard credit check on my record for the next two years now, which will impact my ability to get a better interest rate. These guys were truly unbelievable. I had to apologize to all my friends for ruining their weekend plans (for one of them it was his birthday weekend). These guys have shown no remorse and are completely unprofessional, unkind, and absolutely criminal. NEVER WORK WITH THIS PLACE!

I finally found a truck I had been searching for over a month online at State Street Truck stop. I spoke to Jolene who was very professional and helpful. I decided to purchase the truck based on Jolene's recommendations as I live in CA. She was precise and accurate in her description of the truck and was willing to go the extra mail for me through the whole process. I flew into Salt lake and was promptly picked up and driven back to the agency where we spent about 30 minutes filling out the paperwork and soon I was on my way. Very clean purchase and it was a pleasure working with Jolene and also Ron who was very helpful. My experience at State street was simply outstanding. I strongly recommend anyone to consider State Street Truck stop if they are in the market for a truck. You can't go wrong with these folks. They are the real deal!

If i can rate them with no stars i would. I bought a jeep from them a month ago and it went in for cosmetic repair and i haven't seen my car since then. They've been lying to me saying that they fixed the problems and having me wait for parts so they can put on but i've talked with other mechanics and they said that the longest time it'll take to repair the car is a week at most. When i bought the car it was working fine but after the cosmetic repair it doesn't work anymore. I agreed to buy a working car and that is not what i got. The management there is unprofessional and the staff is always on their cell phones. Also when i call to talk to the manager or one of the dealers they would always tell me to give them my name and number so they can call me back which they hardly do. Never buying a car here again.

When I first went to this dealership, I met Graig, he was a very friendly guy. He told me that the car I was going to purchase was still in the shop, and that it would be ready in a couple of days. The car wasn't ready in a couple of days, more like weeks. I was starting getting furious,Graig wasn't giving me any information on what was going on with the car, I was about ready to go somewhere else to purchase a vehicle. I had had my loan check for almost three weeks. Finally I was able to go and pick up my car, he had priced it really well for the year and the condition of the car. But not too long after the car had been purchased. I received a phone call from the bank that gave me the loan, That they had not received the title. The bank finally was able to get the title, but it was a couple of weeks to a month after I had purchased the car.
