Receptionist was terrific on the phone and upon arrival Looked at 3 cars. Bought one. Negotiated a fair price. While there was a slight misunderstanding, regarding additional fees, I was a bit miffed. Still the owner explained all and apologized and took my suggestions seriously. Car was detailed for me, and he personally delivered it to me. A few days later could not get the convertible top to go down. Texted the owner and he responded right away with the solution. Which worked on the first try. No further problems a month later. I would work with this company again.

Buyer Beware!! - trouble

We purchased a vehicle from them and while doing the paper work there was a theft insurance policy slipped into the final figure we were paying that I did not agree to purchasing. And when we asked to have it removed Glenn in the Finance office said no it would not be taken off. I have since on many occasions made attempts to call the GM I think his name is Scott to have it removed. He did talk with me 1 time and said it was not going to be removed. They do not know what good service means!!

Bought 2013 Toyota Rav4 with 80,000 miles 1 week and 1 day ago from Your Budget Auto. I complained of a shake/vibration and they let me know it was due to tire ware. After I spent $750 on tires and alignment found out the torque converter in the transmission is ruined and have to replace it for $2100 after i just spent $16000 on the car a week ago. They are not willing to let me out of the contract even though its only been a week or pay for any of the repairs! Toyota offered me a $400 discount because they were aware of the situation and feel bad that there are people out there that sell cars to people and screw them. Your Budget Auto offered me $50 which is an insult, that doesn't even cover my gas to go to and from them the 2x I did to figure out the shaking. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, terrible managers, and terrible owners. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They are frauds and not willing to help out their customers who bought vehicles with ruined torque converters which they were very aware of the problem and lied to me and sold it to me ruined! Don't ever purchase a vehicle from here. They will screw you! They buy vehicles from auctions that have been in accidents and do enough to get them to pass safety and emissions and get rid of any warning lights and then sell them to you and screw you being very aware of the problems! Save your self some money and buy from a legit dealership not a run down piece of xxxx dealership like I did. I learned my lesson and warning you now. YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!!

After 70k mile service discovered crank case oil was overfilled and interior headliner and windshield post fabric was smudged with dirty oil hand prints. This model is not equipped with a dip stick for some reason. Makes me question if they used the correct oil. This dealer does not reflect the quality reputation of the Audi name. Would not recommend this service department.

Here's My Story: My Son was traveling to Montana from Redlands California. He just bought a 1992 Honda Accord and was traveling North when he started having Transmission Problems, He pulled into Cedar City, Utah and pulled into the first repair shop off the Freeway. They Charged Him $60 Dollars to Look at the car to see what was the matter. They told him that the Trans was Bad and it would be $3000. to Fix it. I told my Son to Run away and I would check into Helping Him Fix His Car or Buy Another Car. I Did a Quick Search of Auto Sales Shops in Cedar City and AUTO MOTO popped up. I spoke to Colleen and told her My Story, She told me of a Honda Prelude for sale for $1500. or she had a Used Trans with 60K on the miles for $400. Dollars. Then She Referred Me to a Repair Shop ( Juan Ortegas Auto Repair 435-586-8360 ) He said he would Install the Trans for $325 dollars. He's a ASC Certified Master Mechanic with 20 years of Experience. They treated me like a Local not a Out-of-Towner, Not Trying to Rip of some Innocent Kid from Out of Town. Great Experience!!! Highly Recommend!!! Thanks, Jim B from Redlands, Ca.

We were straight lied too multiple times from these guys, so stay away. They sold me a warranty that 'covered' my engine, turbo, injectors & everything in between. Not less than 1 week later 1 injector started to go out and finally went out 2 months later. I called AutoForza for my 'warranty' info b/c I never got it when we purchased the car that night. AutoForza tells me that it will be covered & we can take it anywhere, no mention of what was not covered & no mention of limits of total cost. After we call The warranty company & they tell me they can cover $400, but I have to replace all 4 injectors on that bank for over $2K. Okay, I will eat that one but then BMW completes the smoke test & I need to have valve stem seals done, new fuel pump, new radiator, new crankcase ventilation hoses & a number of broken parts, it totals to $23k & luckily BMW of Murray reduced it & covered it all but $1800. AutoForzas 'inspection' prior to purchase didn't catch that brakes were toast (pads and rotors) or the crankcase ventilation hoses were both cracked in half but I went ahead & fixed those items immediately after buying, but nice to know they inspected it & not fixed it. The injectors were all replaced in 2017 due to a BMW recall/service bulletin so before the owner tries to say its because of the year & mileage on my car, its not because BMW replaced them on the previous owner (BMW records to confirm) & it was less than 25k miles. To top it all off, 1 year later, 1 turbo blows. We call the warranty company & request a contract be sent over that we have never seen (someone forged a signature because it is completely wrong, haha) & we discover that really nothing is covered. We were told we were getting some premier package that covered everything with no questions asked. We called Auto Forza to see what they would do to make things right & Alex tells my wife he isn't going to do anything because it was 2 years ago (not quite, but close enough I guess) & he is not responsible for his employees at that time. He proceeds to tell me that Ron was fired right after we bought our car, looking at his website it was Fabio Owczarzak. This warranty is so basic that it basically doesn't cover anything. We were sold on a golden pony & got a dirty donkey. I may never buy another warranty package unless it is through Route 66, but it is for sure that I will never buy from Auto Forza ever again & I will make sure that no one I ever know will buy from there again. I will say the buying experience was good & fast, nice cars, but who knows what else was done incorrectly or illegally behind our backs & who is to know what we may find out 2 years from now. But hey, I have a forged copy of my warranty that doesn't cover anything so that is nice & I now get to pay $2k per turbo now out of pocket. But hey, I am still paying for a warranty that I cannot use because Fabio decided not to select Turbo or Supercharger on the paperwork..... why would anyone buy a turbo'd car & a warranty that does not cover the turbos...... I will wait..... absolutely noone!!!!!! These guys would screw their own families over for whatever fee they receive from selling these fake warranties. I cannot even be mad at the warranty company because they didn't sale me on a false stories, AutoForza did. Save your money and don't buy from this place and go to BMW or Audi or whatever & buy directly, you will get a real warranty & in the end you will end up paying the same in cost.... but atleast BMW or any of the larger dealerships would do something to minimize this and resolve it to where both parties could say there were happy. It's not fair to say that all car salesman are crooks but to each their own. I had a bad experience completely turned around 100 by BMW of Murray, they went out of their way to make things right & even better for me. AutoForza could care less, its all about the bottom line to them. Just read all the horror stories online. Do your homework before buying from these guys or you will end up spending more then just a car.

After a bad experience from a big dealer down the street, stopping in here for a great deal and being treated like a king, was a big relief. The experience I had with them reassured me that not all car salesmen are dishonest and sneaky.(like down the street) I will be back to buy vehicles in the future and be sending anyone that asks about buying a used car their way. The $10,000 vehicle I purchased that was in “A plus mechanical condition” according to the inspection report they provided needs over $6000 in repairs—4 items of which “passed” on the fraudulent report. I REALLY wish we could have worked out a deal with Rodolfo. He is a very honest person who seemed to genuinely want to help my wife and I get in to a new car that would be good for us. Unfortunately while meeting with him, I had just started a new job and was rebuilding my credit. By the time I was ready to buy, my wife and I had moved.... I'm now wishing I had traveled back to St. George though... you'll know why if you read my review of Larry H. Miller's Orem used car Supermarket. Anyway, the next time I'm looking to buy I will 100% give Munoz first shot at making a deal. Until then I'll just have to recommend them to everyone I can.

Never purchase a vehicle from Price Drivers. We purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Price Drivers. The same day after we purchased the vehicle the vehicle wouldn’t start, the check engine light came on and a gas warning light came on. We took the vehicle back and they told us they would have the vehicle fixed. They said they took it to Burt Brothers and that the problem was taken care of with in the week the exact same problem happened again. After trying to work with Price Drivers multiple and trusting them when they said they would take care of the problem, we had to take the vehicle to the Dealer and have the Gas Tank replaced at a cost of $1,200. We also contact Burt Brothers and found that Price Drivers never took the vehicle in to be repaired. Price Drivers just cleared the codes on the car and told us it was fixed. They sold us a vehicle that they intentionally cleared the error codes out of and then gave us the run around until after the bank had already sent the check to them.
