Nate Wade Subaru is an amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers and doing great work for a fair price. Our son is in college in SLC and for three years had a Subaru Outback which Nate Wade serviced. When he first moved out, he tried other private Subaru service centers, but none of them provided the fair pricing or service Nate Wade provided. This past summer, I had to buy our son a VW Tiguan and drive it out to SLC. We tried the local VW dealer twice with very poor results and ridiculously high estimates. Even though our son now has a VW, Nate Wade services it and the service quality is much higher and the cost is much lower than the local VW dealer. Nate Wade goes above and beyond and is fair across the board. We highly recommend.

I am almost 50 years old, so I have had my share of car dealership experiences. Truly, nothing compares to MM Subaru, every staff member is courteous, show genuine empathy and go out of their way for the customer. They treat you like a friend for lack of better ways of putting it. I had a bad experience at a collision / body shop and a mechanical shop next door to the body shop. My gut told me something was wrong, felt like I was being taken advantage of. I removed our Subaru from their care and drove it down to MM Subaru. Greeted by Carlos (such a kind nice guy, went out of his way to give me confidence that whatever it was, they could and would handle it properly). In speaking with the Service Manager Josh - he continued to follow up with me letting me know each stage of the inspection diagnosis. Kept me so well informed and was beyond on top of things. Found out the other shop said an expensive part needed Elton be replaced (was not needing to be replaced / that all 4 bearings were just fine) and the other shop saying they found nothing wrong with my vehicle making horrible clanking noises from the right rear, MM Subaru found that item 6,7,10 on the diagram sheet were no longer attached to each other (the accident broke the sealant and a large gap existed so when the body flexed the pieces impacted each other. Also found that my alignment was “severely” out of what it should be, the body shop and mechanic shop never performed an alignment. Matt in the collision center followed up with me consistently and made sure I felt confident that it would come back to me in safe and great working order. Hands down the most reputable and moral service and collision team I have had the privilege and pleasure to work with. Our Subaru Outback feels better now than any time ever in the past 4 years of ownership. So happy to have had that team working to help us. Carlos, Josh and Matt deserve recognition for their honest efforts and genuine care. I have told everyone so far I know and will continue to do so to use MM Subaru for all their repairs, collision needs and when tires are due to be replaced. These guys rock!

This dealership is good customer service and they always welcome me anytime when I need help . I had nail in my tire , I got fix I feel very good about this dealership, l very recommend Steven Pineda.
