I would like to thank the service department at Heritage Ford in Vernal Utah, stopped by there dealership this morning. Had a plastic air scoop off my 2019 Ford Explorer re installed. With in 5 minutes they got the job done. I am from out of town, Thank you again for helping me out. Jack Rasmussen.

Crandall is a fabulous no pressure, customer focused dealership. We bought an 04 Explorer (great price) through them and have had it maintained there ever since. They've always stood behind their work and never tried to gouge us. In fact, as an example, I had a rear light bulb burn out and went into parts to get one. Just gave it to me w/o charging. Will probably look to buy a new car in 2010 and that will be where we go back to.

Andrew who works in parts and service was amazing to work with. No doubt would I ever go to any other dealership for service. He constantly kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The service was very quick and they even took the time to wash and vacuum my vehicle. Top notch service! Highly recommended!
