Have been a Rover Customer/Owner for 26 years. Always have had a great experience with the service personnel. Feb. 10, 2025 had our Rovers 98 Discovery & 2006 LR3 in for service. As usual we were treated as valued customers. Craig was our service advisor & was very instrumental in getting us taken care of & on our way. The other personnel were equally as helpful. One lady from, I assume the back office, even offered to order in breakfast as we waited. We live about 100 miles from the dealership and will not. take our Rovers any where else thanks to the great people at Land Rover both past and present namely John, Kent, now Craig and many others too many to list from all departments from sales to service. If asked for any recommendations, I say just keep up the good work.
