There service was terrible. They took a week to look at my. car. They took another week to make the radiator repair that they said was needed, then they said I needed a whole new engine. When I asked why this was moving so slowly they said they had over 100 cars waiting to be repaired and they are short staffed and some of their mechanics have been taking days off without notice. They finally gave me a quote to replace the engine only for me to find out days later, when I asked about timing, that they could not find a new engine and had no timeframe on how many weeks or months it would take to get one. When I tried to have my car towed elsewhere and pay for their overpriced services they wouldn't release my. car until I paid the full amount of the invoice including the portion my extended warranty company authorized payment of over a week earlier.
